We often talk about pull up banners and how they’re a must-have exhibition display solution because of the graphic coverage they provide; but there are so many more reasons that you might not have thought of as to why you should invest in a banner stand. Here are eight of them:
Pull up banners have been around for as long as trade shows themselves, and they’re still as popular now as they were when they first graced the exhibition halls. Lots of new display systems have since been introduced, but most disappear just as fast as they arrive.
Banner stands have remained a constant in the exhibition world and that’s because they are reliable.
When you purchase a pull up banner – no matter the cost – you are guaranteed years of use out of your display (provided you look after it properly).
Roller banners are built using a very simple concept that hasn’t been overcomplicated as time goes on, and this has helped them to remain a firm favourite.
The formula has been tried and tested and it works, so if you’re looking for a display that won’t let you down, pull up banners are the solution.
Exhibition displays are typically high-ticket items that can easily swallow up your entire marketing budget, but it doesn’t have to be that way.
The saying usually goes that if you buy cheap you buy twice – but not with pull up banners.
The low price point makes banner stands accessible to nearly all businesses, but it is not a reflection of the quality of the display.
As mentioned above, banners are extremely reliable, so don’t be put off by the low cost.
Most exhibition displays are suitable for one location, but pull up banners can be freely used just about anywhere.
Be it in a school, shop, hospital, showroom, supermarket or bank; roller banners are fit for purpose.
With replaceable cassette roller banners you can switch out the graphics whilst using the same hardware. This allows you to use the same banner in multiple locations for different events.
4. Extensive Range
Whatever your need, you can find a pull up banner to match.
Whether you want a jumbo banner, a wide format banner stand, a tabletop banner, a double-sided roller banner, a linkable banner or a replaceable cassette banner; we have the right solution for you within our range.
By having such a wide range of pull up banners we are able to accommodate almost every display need.
Like all of our exhibition stands, pull up banners are handmade in—house. We use UK-manufactured materials and print our own graphics onto specialised banner media.
We laminate every roller banner graphic with a non-reflective, anti-glare crystal matte laminate to help increase the longevity by ensuring they are crease, tear and scratch-resistant.
We then cut each banner to size by hand and test-build the display to ensure all of the hardware is functioning properly and that the artwork is a replica of the proof each customer has signed off.
By manufacturing pull up banners by hand, we are able to guarantee the highest quality display prior to dispatch. This is not something that can be done with an off-the-shelf product.
Building a display that you’ve never seen before can be daunting, and this dread of messing up is only amplified at trade shows.
The great thing about pull up banners is that they can be easily assembled without any tools or extra sets of hands.
The graphic very simply retracts upwards from the base and hooks onto the support pole. The entire process takes just seconds.

7. Lead times
Pull up banners are one of our core exhibition solutions and our team manufacture thousands of them each year. We’re experts at printing, laminating and test-building banners and so we are able to get most displays out within 48 hours.
The largest pull up banner we provide is the Giant Mosquito which is 3m tall and 2m wide. Despite its huge size, it weighs just 8.5kgs.
That’s the great thing about pull up banners; they’re so incredibly lightweight that they can be transported in their supplied carry bags with next to no effort.
This is a major benefit when it comes to exhibiting as oftentimes, where you park your car and where you actually exhibit can be quite the distance apart, and lugging a heavy display between the two can instantly put a downer on the day.
With a pull up banner you are able to freely rest it on your shoulder and easily walk between locations without incurring any injuries.
