Printed Gazebos

Our printed gazebos are manufactured from a 600d Oxford polyester tent fabric with a PU coating. They are printed using a dye-sublimation printing technique that fuses the ink directly into the fabric which creates a vibrant and long-lasting print. The printing technique and PU coating mean that the fabric is both waterproof and UV fade-resistant. 

Although the tent canopy is waterproof, they are temporary event structures and we do not advise using a printed gazebo for extended periods of time if heavy rain is expected. If the gazebo roof becomes too saturated with rain, it is possible that leaking will occur. 

When planning to use your branded gazebo, we would advise keeping an eye on the weather to make sure your tent and anchoring system is suitable for use. 

All of our promotional gazebos are assembled the same way. This process can be completed by two people in minutes. First, set the aluminium frame upright and expand the frame until it is almost completely stretched out. Unfold the printed canopy and place it over the top of the frame, then stretch it out and secure each Vecrlo corner on the frame fastenings. Once the canopy is in place, fully expand the tent frame until the locking buttons click into place. If you have full-height walls, you can connect those to the canopy via the velcro straps along the top (before raising the height). To raise the height of the event tent, adjust the locking buttons on each leg, one hole at a time. Adjust two legs by one position, and then move over to the other two legs. Quick release locking buttons mean that collapsing the printed gazebo is just as easy.

RHINO^® Tents are a range of printed gazebos exclusive to XL Displays. They are high-impact event tents that are both reliable and durable. Unlike domestic gazebos, they are designed for regular commercial and business use at busy events where high foot-traffic is expected.

Built to last, the aluminium extrusion is rust-resistant and smooth to erect. Quick release locking buttons mean they can be assembled and taken down with little effort and just two people. Their 40mm hexagonal frame provides a stable exhibition tent and their pop-up frames are lightweight, yet heavy-duty. 

Height adjustable frames have four height settings for maximum internal space and high-level branding on the outside. A crank is located on the underside of the frame roof to adjust the top point of the roof pitch for maximum tension and elevation.

Steel feet are attached to the frame legs for support, and each foot has a three-point anchoring system for safe use outside. Suitable for outdoor use come rain or shine, we include an anchoring kit and optional leg weights to ensure safe and stable use in wind speeds upto 13-18 mph/21-29 kph.

Attaching walls to your printed gazebo is extremely easy, and can be done by one person in very little time. Simply line up the wall panels with the gazebo frame, and attach using the Velcro straps. Velcro tabs are used to secure the printed wall down the frame legs. 

For half walls, they are attached to a mounting bar that runs along the side of the tent frame and connects each end to the gazebo frame with a clamp. The half-wall has a pole pocket at the top (for the mounting bar) and connects to the frame legs with Velcro tabs. 

It is possible to fold down our pop-up gazebos with the roof and walls still attached to the frame, however, the frame will no longer fit inside the bag which will make transporting the event tent difficult and cumbersome. 

We would always recommend completely deconstructing your gazebo before storing or transporting it. The reason is that, in the folded position, the canvas elements can rub against the folded frame and become damaged or frayed over time. As these branded marquees are extremely quick and easy to assemble, you will preserve the life of your canopy elements if you fold them away separately for transport or storage.

With each printed gazebo we include an anchoring kit that includes a set for ground pegs and guy ropes. The anchoring kit must be used for outdoor use. 

Our gazebos are designed to withstand winds of up to Beaufort scale 4 (13-18mph/21-29kph approx) when pegged into the ground or weighed down, with no side ‘walls’ fixed in place. The solidity of the structure during wind will vary depending on which sides are fixed and where the tent is used.

We highly recommend adding a 7.5kg gazebo weight (one per leg) in addition to the ground pegs and guy ropes. This just adds more stability and reduces the risk of weather-related accidents.

While our gazebos have been tested within these parameters, we recommend disassembling your event tent during inclement weather to prevent damage or injury.

Our standard printed gazebos and pop-up tents are available in the following sizes:

• 2m x 2m printed gazebo - provides shelter for up to 4 people
• 3m x 3m printed gazebo - provides shelter for up to 9 people
• 3m x 4.5m printed gazebo - provides shelter for up to 13 people
• 3m x 6m printed gazebo - provides shelter for up to 18 people

What size you need will depend on how and where you would like to use it. You should consider what you want to house within the exhibition tent, what kind of foot traffic are you expecting, what you want to achieve with your printed gazebo and what is its purpose? Once you have your answer to those questions you can narrow down the best size option for you. 

Thanks to the dye-sublimation print process used on the branded gazebos, the printed elements are durable and hard-wearing. If your custom gazebo gets dirty and you would like to refresh it, you can sponge down the dirty areas with warm soapy water and let the tent fabric dry naturally. 

The tent fabric should always be completely dry before packing away. If the gazebo canopy and walls get packed away wet, mold can develop if left wet for long periods of time. If it is not always possible to dry the elements before packing away, then you should re-assemble the complete gazebo post-event at the earliest opportunity. 

Yes, all of our printed gazebos are supplied with a high-quality wheeled transport bag. The wheeled bag and carry handle located at the top of the bag means no heavy lifting is required, minimising any infringement on Health And Safety Regulations.

Every gazebo kit purchased from XL Displays is supplied with an anchoring kit that includes tent pegs and guide ropes. These are designed to anchor your gazebo to soft ground, including grass, soil and sand. However, this kit is not suitable for hard ground such as stone or tarmac. To secure your gazebo on hard ground, you will need to purchase gazebo leg weights (at least one per leg) to weigh your gazebo down and prevent it from moving.

We recommend using ground pegs, guy ropes and 7.5kg gazebo leg weights altogether (where possible) when using the tent in an outdoor location.

When properly anchored, our custom printed gazebos can be used in wind speeds up to 13-18 mph/21-29 kph, Beaufort Scale 4.

All of our outdoor exhibition tents are fully printed with your company logo, artwork or design, so your stand will be seen from all angles at any outdoor exhibition.

Thanks to the dye-sublimation printing technique, every surface of the branded gazebo can be fully customised with unlimited colour and branding options. We can print on the canopy, valance, roof pitch, full walls, half wall with single or double-sided print options. You can choose to have your artwork facing inwards or outwards. There really is no limit.

Yes, we will always send you a PDF proof of your design for approval prior to printing. Amendments can be made to your design at any point in the design process up until you sign off on the final artwork. Once we have final sign-off on your artwork, we then send it to print and your manufacturing lead time begins from that moment. We will never send anything to print unless you are completely satisfied.

You can submit your own artwork using the templates (supplied on each product page) for your branded gazebo which you can upload online. Alternatively, we offer a comprehensive graphic design service where one of our designers will create a custom gazebo for you, in line with your brand and specifications.
