Display Boards

Yes. We have a selection of tabletop displays and folding panel systems that are available for next day delivery. Our next day display systems are royal blue fabric with a grey fabric reverse and kept in stock. Order by 11am to receive the following working day. (Weekends and public holidays excluded)

The display stands are not recommended for outdoor use and should not be in contact with water. Our folding panels and desktop boards are designed for indoor and office use.

For outdoor displays, please select out external noticeboards and weather shield displays. These products are designed for outside use in all weather

Our display boards are freestanding and portable and constructed with panels that link together. For wall mounted displays, please select one of our notice board or white board products.

Use hook and loop fasteners, such as the Velcro brand on our loop nylon panels. Posters can be easily changed without damaging the boards. For our pinnable boards, use drawing pins.

Confusingly, the terminology is often interchanged. Generally speaking, Display Boards tend to be free standing and constructed from folding panels for use at exhibitions, office and school presentations, craft fairs etc. They are more likely to be portable and have the function of being able to be moved from room to room. For exhibition use they can be printed. Display panels often have either a plastic or aluminium frame.

Noticeboards have historically been wall mounted displays that are permanent and used for notices, bulletins and information points in corridors, staff rooms etc. Notice boards have either a wooden or aluminium frame or are frameless and have fabric covering over a pinnable core. They can also be magnetic or have a whiteboard surface.

The above is terminology used within the industry, not necessarily how the end user would clarify the product or the terms someone would use when searching to buy. As such it is not a definitive definition because a product can often be classed as both. Is a pinnable display board on wheels a notice board or a display board - it can actually be both!

Yes, our display panels are double sided, as are our tabletop displays. Please select the colour you require on the product page.

Our display stands are not designed for gallery display or art exhibitions due to the weight of the picture frames. Our jumbo displays and concertina systems can be used for occasional picture hanging. Please contact us for advice.

Weights will vary depending on the size of the stands but our folding displays can be considered lightweight. Display panels start at 3kg. They are supplied with a carry bag. Please see weights and measurements on the product pages in the technical tab.

Fire ratings vary per product but we have products rated up to Class 0. Class 0 is the highest rating which is suitable for areas of high public footfall, corridors and schools etc. Display panels have a class 1 rating. Please see the technical tab on the product pages for fire ratings and certificates.

Display boards are manufactured from recyclable materials but we don’t market them as eco friendly. The internal board is a honeycomb cardboard, fabric is a recyclable polyester. Fabric is upholstered to the board using a water based adhesive. Frame borders and edging are either PVC or aluminium. For recycling, separate the materials to allow correct sorting, recycling and disposal.

Fabric panels are not magnetic but we offer many of our whiteboards and notice boards with a magnetic surface.

Display panels can be custom printed if required, as a bespoke made to order item. Posters are easily attached to the stands to cover the fabric which gives the same effect and is more cost effective. We can print posters to any size as we use digital wide format printing for our Pop Up Stands, banners, fabric printing and modular displays.

Yes. Most of the wall mounted displays can be mounted either horizontally (landscape orientation) or vertically (Portrait orientation). If they have a glass or acrylic door you would need to consider which side they opened. Sliding notice boards can only be mounted horizontally. Scrolling boards should be fixed vertically.

Our portable display boards come in both landscape or portrait configurations, depending on your requirements.

Royal blue / Grey is our standard colour for the next day delivery display boards. Panels can be upholstered in 6 nyloop fabric colours. Our noticeboards are available in multiple colours. Blue, Red, Grey, Green and black are the most popular colours but vibrant orange, lime green etc can work well in modern offices and contemporary interiors for wall displays.

Remove any lint with a roller or tape or brush them down with a soft bristled brush. For stubborn dirt, carefully spot clean using a damp cloth use minimum water. Please note the boards should not get wet and over saturating then may cause cockling and warping. Test in an inconspicuous area.

Our display stands, boards and notice boards are supplied with either a 1, 2 or 5 year warranty against manufacturing defect. We offer a 100% customer satisfaction warranty - if you are not happy, we will fix it. It is that simple.

Panels are 900mm x 600mm as standard for our linking systems and pole and panel kits and are linked together as either 3 panels, 4 panels, 6 panels etc. Each panel can be used for A4 paper and A3 poster sizes.

Our Jumbo panels are 900mm x 1800mm, allowing a large display area.
