Hanging Fabric Displays

Hanging banners are constructed from a lightweight tubular aluminium frame that slots together with a simple push-fit motion. The frame pieces are connected by bungee cords and clearly numbered to make assembly quick and easy. Just match the corresponding numbers and push the sections together. Some upright sections may require an Allen key for securing (this is included in the kit). Complete assembly takes less than 10 minutes.

We offer two shapes: circular and square hanging SKY BANNERS. Each shape is available in three standard sizes:

• 2000mm (dia) x 900mm (h)
• 3000mm (dia) x 1200mm (h)
• 4000mm (dia) x 1500mm (h)

All sizes are designed to suit a variety of exhibition stand spaces while ensuring maximum overhead visibility.

Each hanging banner includes an aluminium push-fit frame, single or double-sided tension fabric graphic (custom printed with your design), and a carry bag to aid transportation. We also include a complete rigging kit for hanging your fabric banner at your venue.

Yes, our hanging displays are available with either single-sided or double-sided printing. Double-sided graphics ensure your branding is visible from all directions, delivering maximum impact across the exhibition hall. Single sided hanging banners will have a plain white, unbranded inner graphic.

While the inside of the banner may not be highly visible from the show floor, it still contributes to the overall visual appeal of your stand. Even subtle branding or complementary colours on the inner surface can enhance the professional finish and help create a cohesive, well-designed exhibition space.

Each exhibition hanging banner includes a complete rigging kit comprising a roll of carbon steel wire, eight wire grips, and eight carbine hooks. The wire should be cut into equal lengths and securely attached to the steel eye bolts located on the frame for even suspension.

Please note: To comply with strict health and safety regulations, all rigging must be carried out by the exhibition venue’s approved specialist rigging team. 

Before purchasing, we recommend checking with your exhibition venue to ensure that hanging banners is permitted, as rules and regulations vary from venue to venue.

The weight of hanging banners varies depending on size and shape, typically ranging from approximately 11kg to 31kg. We strongly recommend checking with your venue regarding their ceiling hanging policies, load limits, and rigging availability before your event.

Please note, we are unable to advise on the suitability of hanging banners for specific venues or events.

Yes, the tension fabric graphics are machine washable at 30°C. We recommend air drying to maintain the vibrancy and longevity of the print.

Our hanging banner graphics are produced using dye-sublimation printing, a process that uses heat and pressure to infuse the ink directly into the fabric weave. This results in ultra-vivid, high-definition graphics that won’t crack, peel, or fade, even with repeated use. The fabric can be washed and folded without compromising print quality. This means the graphics are fully reusable, allowing you to maximise the return on your investment by using them again and again.

If you are supplying your own artwork, our free-of-charge Preflight Artwork Checks guarantee that one of our expert team will thoroughly check the supplied artwork for any issues that may affect the final print quality. Please note, we cannot accept any responsibility for any spelling errors/typos on the original artwork file. 

If you are using our Graphic Design Service, one of our team will take your design brief instructions and, in consultation with you, create a design that meets your needs perfectly. The final design will not go to print until you are completely happy with it and you confirm with a final sign-off.
