Our Integra® exhibition stand hire service is a complete turn-key display solution designed to take the hassle out of exhibiting. Simply choose one of the stands above, send us your design brief and we’ll do the rest.
We offer a wide range of predetermined exhibition stands for hire, ranging in size from 3m x 3m to 9m x 4m. You can choose from L-Shaped corner stands, U-Shaped booths, flat exhibition backwalls and double-sided exhibition islands.
Each trade show display stand comes with a selection of accessories such as mini-fridges, tables, chairs, TV screens and coffee machines.
You can customise the Integra® exhibition stands we offer, or our exhibition stand designers can come up with a unique display tailored specifically to your brand. You can mix and match accessories, as well as the hardware, width and height of the stand and the overall layout.
Rental trade show displays are an excellent choice for businesses who exhibit occasionally and want to make a big impact through enhancing their brand awareness but who don’t want the stress that exhibiting brings.
When you order a hired exhibition stand from us, you will automatically be assigned a project manager who will take your exhibition stand design brief and handle everything for you. They will even complete parts of your paperwork such as your risk assessment forms.
Our team of exhibition stand builders will install your display in the days leading up to your event, so all you need to do is turn up on the day. Our exhibition stand ocntractors will then dismantle the stand at the end of the exhibition, so you and your team can leave immediately.
As this is a rental stand, you don’t own the display. The hardware and accessories will be returned to us at the end of your event, but you do own the graphics and can choose to either keep them for future exhibitions or leave them with our team who will recycle them on your behalf.
There is minimum effort required on your part which allows you to focus all of your energy on your clients and generating leads.
