1. Versatile
The beauty of a blank display board is that you can use it to display almost anything you can imagine. Whether you choose pinnable display stands or those designed for use with Velcro tabs, it’s easy to change your display panels between events to create a different look and feel - or promote a different product or service. Display boards are ideal for events, exhibitions, trade shows and fairs - but they can also be used to showcase the latest news or information in offices, schools, public buildings, reception areas and even transport hubs in a more effective(and environmentally friendly) manner than traditional leafleting.
2. Affordable
Exhibition boards offer a low-cost manner in which you can showcase information and marketing materials in a wide range of locations and they don’t break the bank. They’re incredibly cost-effective as they can be reused over and over at different events. Offering display marketing without the costs of bespoke printed panels, you can simply pin or attach your materials to the individual panels and change these whenever required with minimal outlay.
3. Portable
If you are exhibiting solo, if you have a small team, or you’re running on a small budget, choosing a display panel system that can be easily transported, stored and installed is essential. Folding display board panel kits, for example, all come with a carry bag included, meaning they’re easily portable and lightweight enough to carry around. Plus, you won’t need a large van to transport them, particularly if you choose a desktop display version - they fit in the back of your car!
4. Tool-Free Assembly
Unlike more complicated modular or shell scheme designs, display boards are incredibly easy to install. They can be constructed in minutes by just one person - or, in the case of concertina screens, are easy to roll out of a van directly into place. Our folding display panels are hinged by 2 sections which simply unfold and clip together, while our panel and pole display boards come complete in a kit and clips are used to attach the display panels to the poles. This means they can be set at any angle and height position to the pole. All of our display stands benefit from tool-free assembly, making them a quick and easy fix for event displays.
What Kind of Display Panels Are Available?
Panel and Pole Display Boards
One of the most flexible display board kits available, the panel and pole display boards can be configured in a variety of different ways. Use the pole mounting system, and panels in either landscape or portrait mode, to create the layout perfect for you. You can even angle the posts to create unique shapes including zig-zag, curved or straight configurations, making the panel and pole display board the perfect choice when you need a striking showcase. Each of the display panels in these kits is finished on both sides with a loop nylon fabric (available in a variety of colours) which you can use with Velcro to attach your marketing materials.
Folding Display Boards
Within our popular range of folding display boards, we have PVC Framed Panel Kits and Aluminium Framed Display Stands, available in both freestanding and tabletop displays. You can choose from a range of different sizes, from the smaller tabletop boards to the large 8-panel folding display system. As well as offering you a choice of colour finishes thanks to the luxury foam-backed loop nylon fabric used to finish the panels, you can also select an optional header for your folding display board for additional advertising space.
Freestanding Display Boards
Our range of freestanding display boards includes Jumbo Display Boards and Concertina Screens. The Jumbo Panel Kits are large panels that can be folded out to form a floor-standing display. These stand up by themselves and provide a large backdrop If you’re new to the world of exhibitions, these are a great place to start as they offer large-scale coverage with minimal outlay and installation. The Concertina screens are great for covering large areas, as they have 3, 5 or 6 fabric-paneled screens hinged together and can be unfurled to their complete length for a striking display or grouped together for easy storage or transportation. Although these don’t ‘fold’ down as other display boards, they are finished with castor wheels in the base to make them easy to move around.
