We're all about making things easy, and so in an effort to make the buying experience for our customers as seamless as possible, we’ve made our graphic design service available to purchase online – but with so many different design agencies to choose from, why should you choose XL Displays?

1. Dedicated Graphic Designer

We know that talking to lots of different people can be confusing, so we’ve kept things simple: we provide every single customer with their own, dedicated graphic designer.

You’ll only ever liaise with one member of the team, so you never have to worry about messages not being passed along or feedback getting lost along the way.

From 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, your graphic designer will be on hand to answer any questions or queries you might have.

Our lines of communication are always open.

2. Easy Upload Process

Getting artwork from one computer to another is often the source of the vast majority of graphic design stress.

File types aren’t compatible; the document you’re trying to upload is too big - these are just some of the many error messages that can pop up when trying to send artwork, logos or design elements over to your graphic designer.

To make things easy, we’ve developed our own platform on WeTransfer where you can easily send files up to 20GB in size.

Simply select the files you want to upload, enter your email address and add a message. When done, this will automatically go through to our graphic design hub where your dedicated designer will then pick it up.

3. Affordable

Getting artwork produced through third party graphic design agencies can be costly, and when the price of an exhibition stand is also considered, exhibiting costs can quickly spiral.

By keeping our trade show stand prices down and offering a graphic design service that is comparatively cheaper than the service offered by agencies, we are able to ensure that your marketing budget isn’t spent entirely on a single display or design.

4. Unlimited Revisions

We know things don’t always go right on the first attempt…or the second, or the third, or the fourth.

No matter how many tweaks or changes it takes, we’ll do whatever we need to in order to make sure your design is 100% perfect.

There is no limit on the number of revisions we will make until you’re happy with your artwork. We want you to succeed just as much as you want yourself to succeed.

5. Pantone Colour Matching

We use a modern digital printing method and the industry-leading Caldera Grand Format RIP to mix our full CMYK ink set. This enables us to obtain as close of a match as possible to most Pantone colours - with the exception of a handful of shades.

Being able to produce exact colour matches is perfect for designs where corporate branding is involved.

6. 3D Rendering

Our graphic design team do more than just creating artwork – they can help you decide which display solution is best for your brand.

When you’re buying an expensive item, it’s only natural that you’ll want to see exactly what it will look like before you spend your money. That’s why we offer a 3D rendering service (on selected products) for those who want to see what their artwork will look like on several different types of exhibition stands before taking the plunge and investing.

7. Readily Available Templates

Every print product has artwork templates readily available to download and view under the ‘Artwork’ tab on each product page.

These templates allow you to ensure that your artwork is compatible with the stand you want to purchase BEFORE you spend your money or waste precious time perfecting your graphics.

8. Free Artwork Checks

They say the best things in life are free and they’re not wrong. There’s nothing worse than paying through the nose for someone to tell you about a minor error or easily fixable mistake, or – even worse – paying someone just to tell you that everything is fine.

Our free artwork checking service means that you no longer have to pay extortionate amounts for a minute of someone’s time; instead, we’ll tell you what – if anything – is wrong with your artwork before it goes to print without asking for a single penny.

9. Customer Control

Customer service is at the heart of what we do, and our graphic design team are no different.

We won’t push you to change to your design to what we think it should be, and we won’t pressure you to conform to the ‘rules.’ Most importantly, we will never send anything to print until we get written confirmation from you that you’re happy with your artwork.
