The courier broke the whiteboard we ordered in transit twice. Mary was very understanding and sent replacement boards quickly and with extra packaging to make sure that the third board would survive the journey. Mary was very proactive in checking in with me and gave me the option of a full refund after the second board arrived broken, but we persevered and now I am the happy owner of a perfect condition board.

Great products and an amazing customer service specially from Mary. I had a few issues with damaged product on transit but the after service was brilliant. Replacement was sent straight away and delivered next working day. I have not had a better customer service anywhere. Highly recommend.
