Shell Scheme Exhibition Stands:
Shell schemes, supplied by event organisers, provide a basic framework that acts as a blank canvas. They are a practical option for businesses working with smaller budgets, as they are affordable, straightforward to set up, lightweight, portable, and effective for branding larger areas. The panels can be reused multiple times, either within shell schemes or as individual graphic drops.
Printed & Manufactured In-House:
Graphics are produced in-house on 550-micron, 100% polyester, recyclable grey-back pop-up media. Printing is carried out using a water-based UV process to create durable, high-quality colour artwork that covers the full panel surface.
Panels are supplied rolled and packed in a strong cardboard box for protection and ease of transport. Box size: 950mm x 310mm x 310mm.
Installing Shell Scheme Wall Graphics:
Panels effortlessly convert a plain shell into a branded display. Each panel is supplied with fastening options: hook-and-loop tape or magnetic tape applied to the vertical reverse edges. No fixings are placed along the top or bottom. If choosing magnetic tape, please verify that your shell scheme system uses metal hardware, as some modern systems use plastic.
Supplying Your Exhibition Stand Artwork:
Panel dimensions are determined by the specific shell scheme framework, which varies by organiser and event. We therefore cannot supply universal artwork templates. Please obtain the specification or a technical drawing from your organiser so we can confirm the correct measurements.
Artwork should be supplied to the exact finished size, prepared edge-to-edge to ensure accurate fitting.
Designing Your Shell Scheme Graphics:
Panels are not a seamless system, as the shell framework (usually hexagonal uprights) will remain visible between graphics once installed. Keep this in mind when planning your design. You can provide print-ready artwork or use our in-house design service. A proof will be provided for approval before production.
As each panel is produced to order, please confirm exact dimensions when placing your request.
