5m x 3m Printed Shell Scheme Panels
A shell scheme is an aluminium framed exhibition stand found at exhibition centres as a backdrop for trade shows and event stalls, which you can use to build your own marketing display. Made up of a series of vertical and horizontal aluminium poles, a shell scheme comes in modules that go up in size by 1m sections.
Shell schemes can have one, two or three open sides; these are referred to as U-shaped, L-shaped or back-wall display stands. When you book your stand space at a trade show or event, you will receive dimensions and specifications from the organisers which will indicate to you the size and shape of shell scheme graphics you need.
Shell scheme graphics are traditionally made from either Foamex or PVC panels. Foamex shell scheme graphics are made from PVC foam that’s been compressed into a semi-rigid board. They are incredibly lightweight and are printed using our in-house UV ink process. The Foamex we use for our shell scheme graphics kits is 5mm thick - but 3mm and 10mm thicknesses are available in custom sizes, if you prefer.
Rollable shell scheme graphics, also known as PVC shell scheme panels are more affordable and much easier to transport and store than Foamex boards as they roll up easily into a graphics tube. This makes them a popular choice for exhibitors. They are digitally printed, and finished with a laminate covering, making them durable and resistant to creasing, scratching or tearing.
When you purchase a 5m x 3m shell scheme graphic kit, you will receive the correct number of panels to dress a 5m x 3m shell scheme exhibition stand in the format you choose (u-shape, l-shape or back wall).
Shell scheme graphics are easy to install and affix to the shell scheme walls. We offer a choice of magnetic tape or hook and loop fastening that we pre-install on the back of each graphic panel.
