Graphic Design

Here at XL Displays we offer an in-house, professional graphic design service for all the products we supply. This includes pop up display stands, pop up banners, exhibition stands, printed tablecloths and outdoor displays. We can also design and print posters for use on displays boards, noticeboards, pavements signs and snap frames.

Our graphic design service:

Our talented and creative design team are experts in large format graphic design as well as smaller scale designs. One of our team will take your design brief instructions and, in consultation with you, create a design that meets your needs perfectly. The final design will not go to print until you are completely happy with it.

What we ideally need from you:

• A short brief outlining general layout and what you want included in your design
• If possible, logos need to be provided in vector based EPS or AI format. JPG and TIFF files are OK if they are provided at a high resolution
• High resolution images or photos
• Text to be included in the design
• Any contact details to be included, e.g. website address, telephone numbers, email address
• Corporate branding guidelines (if necessary)
• Any non-standard fonts if needed

The design process: what happens next?

• Once we receive your design brief one of our designers will contact you to discuss your project further
• We will give you an estimated timescale for the project
• Our designer will create a concept following your brief
• We will send you a proof of the design
• Our designer will be happy to discuss this and make any amendments
• We will send a final proof for your sign off and approval.
• Once we have final approval from you the design will go to print
• Your product will then be delivered as per the delivery schedule detailed on the product page on the website.
