What is a stretch fabric pop up?

What types of fabric pop up displays are there?
There are two types of tension fabric pop up displays: Impact Hop Up fabric stands and SEG (silicone edge graphic) stretch fabric displays.
SEG fabric pop up stands take slightly longer to assemble than a Hop Up stand because you need to insert the graphic into the channelling of the frame.
Hop Up fabric stands are the most effortless type of tension pop up display to assemble because they come pre-assembled and ready to use.

How is a fabric pop up exhibition stand assembled?
Hop Up stands use the same aluminium scissor lattice frame system as traditional vinyl pop ups, but the graphics come readily attached to the frame.
Instead of extending the frame and magnetically attaching each individual printed panel, fabric pop up displays simply require you to extend the frame and secure the locking arms into place.
Ultra-strong Velcro holds the graphic in place around the sides and front of the frame.
You can easily detach the printed graphic if you want to replace it with a different one or if you want to wash it at 30ᵒ to keep it looking fresh for another event.

As well as the fast, tool-free self-assembly, Hop Up fabric exhibition stands can be disassembled just as fast.
There is no need to remove the graphic from the frame prior to packing away – simply collapse the frame with the graphics still in place.
With elastic woven into the weave of the fabric, the display polyester is stretched over the hardware in such a way that it creates a completely smooth and flawless finish – even if the stand has been packed away for a long time.
Fabric pop up exhibition stands are printed onto a durable, German-manufactured stretch polyester fabric that offers maximum longevity and value for money.
Each fabric pop up stand is printed in-house using a two-phase dye-sublimation printing process.
This involves using a combination of heat and pressure to create a bond between the water-based ink and the display polyester.
In short: the ink becomes a part of the fabric instead of sitting on top.
The benefit of this is that your artwork can be machine washed, folded and reused time and again without cracking, peeling or fading.
One of the drawbacks of pop up stands is that in order to avoid unaligned graphic panels, the stand must be placed on even flooring (which is not always possible in event venues). With fabric pop up stands there is no such problem.
In addition, fabric displays are non-reflective and so are perfect for photography backdrops at press and media events.
