7m Fabric Exhibition Backdrop
Comprised of three individual Pop Up display stands, this 7m stretch fabric backwall exhibition stand is fully reconfigurable and versatile, making it suitable for a wide range of events such as trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, POS, fairs, business expos, networking events, product launches, and more.
The portable pop-up walls can be assembled as a straight fabric backwall, an L-shaped stand, a U-shaped fabric booth, or used individually as standalone conference displays. By positioning each Pop Up stand side by side, you can create almost any layout to suit your space.
This 7m conference display stand can also be supplied with two optional fabric exhibition counters, providing professional meet-and-greet areas. If counters are not required, the fabric backdrop can be purchased with LED lights on its own.

Stretch fabric displays use a classic lightweight scissor-lattice aluminium frame. The printed graphics come pre-attached to the frame with ultra-strong Velcro, so all you need to do to assemble this modular exhibition stand is extend the hardware and secure the locking arms - it really is that easy.
The two fabric counters are assembled in the same way as the larger pop-up walls, with the beech top simply slotting onto the frames.
Disassembling the display stand is just as simple: release the locking arms to collapse the frame while keeping the printed graphics in place. The complete exhibition stand then fits neatly into the wheeled carry case for easy storage and transportation between events.
Each 7m exhibition backwall kit comes complete with four linkable LED lights to illuminate your graphics. Each pair of lights uses only one plug socket, and with LED technology consuming less power than traditional halogen lights, you could reduce your overall exhibition lighting costs by up to 60%.
We manufacture fabric pop up exhibition stands in-house using a two-phase dye-sublimation printing process. Heat and pressure are applied to bond water-based inks directly into the fibres of the display polyester, producing ultra-bright, crisp artwork that won’t crack, peel, or fade.
Dye-sublimated graphics are easy to maintain and can be machine-washed at 30°C, ensuring a professional, clean display for every event.
Thanks to the elasticity of the stretch display polyester, any creases or wrinkles in the fabric disappear once the display is assembled.
If your marketing message changes over time, replacement graphics are available for your modular exhibition stand. This provides a cost-effective way to keep your display current while maximising your initial investment.
Where to Use Your Fabric Pop Up Stand
Fabric Pop Up Stands are ideal for exhibition stands, marketing events, conferences and general advertising displays. The unique feature of this fabric display is its almost instant assembly and disassembly as the printed graphics arrive pre-installed on the frame. Click the frames support bars in place and secure the corner fabric and you are done.
Please note that due to the natural weave of fabric, the printed material is not opaque and may show some transparency of the frame, especially if placed directly in-front of a window or strong backlight. Place the Fabric Display so it has stronger ambient front lighting or select the optional LED Spotlights to minimise show through.
If you require a display that is 100% opaque and can be used against strong backlighting such as a window, we recommend our Classic Pop-Up Displays.
Printed stretch fabric displays may crease in transit. Assemble your exhibition stand and allow it to stand for a few hours to allow the creases to dissipate. If you need to use your display immediately a handheld steamer will remove any creases.
