5m Conference Display Stand
Comprised of one jumbo Pop Up fabric display wall and two smaller fabric pop up stands, this 5m stretch fabric back wall is a high-impact display solution ideal for promoting your brand at all types of events, including exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, networking events, product launches and media events.
The central jumbo fabric pop up wall stands 3m high, making it perfect for attracting the attention of passing visitors in high footfall areas.
You can customise your display stand kit by choosing the bundle either with or without two Pop Up fabric promotional counters, depending on your marketing needs.
Regardless of which bundle you choose, this modular fabric backdrop comes complete with four LED lights as standard to illuminate your display stand and enhance your artwork.

Despite the large format size of this trade show back wall, it takes just minutes to assemble without the need for tools or expensive installation teams. The printed fabric graphics come pre-installed onto the scissor-lattice aluminium frame. This means all you need to do is extend the frames and clip the locking arms into place.
Disassembling this large format conference display stand is just as easy, the printed graphics can remain attached to the frame even when the is collapsed and in storage. Each fabric pop up wall comes with its own wheeled carry bag for easy transportation - three bags are included with this exhibition stand.
The LED lights then clip onto the top of each pop up fabric exhibition wall. Each pair of lights is linkable and shares one plug socket. This means the entire 5m x 3m printed pop up backwall only needs two plug sockets, saving you money on your exhibition lighting bill.
Once the portable exhibition walls are assembled, you can reconfigure them any way you like by simply placing the Pop Up display stands next to each other. Alternatively, you can use each pop up exhibition stand by itself for smaller event venues.
We manufacture each fabric display stand in-house using a two-phase dye-sublimation printing technique. We use extreme heat and pressure that forces water-based CMYK ink into the fibres of the stretch display polyester fabric. This results in a higher level of print quality and vibrancy, as well as increasing the longevity.
Artwork can be machine-washed at 30 degrees without cracking, peeling or fading, giving you a longer-lasting and more durable exhibition stand.
Elasticity within the display polyester means that any creases or wrinkles in the fabric are dissolved upon assembly, resulting in a seamless conference display.
Should your marketing campaign change over time, we provide replacement graphics for each stretch fabric pop up stand, future-proofing your display. Replacement graphics are a cost-effective way of keeping your display stand current and fresh whilst maximising the use of your initial investment.
Where to Use Your Fabric Pop Up Stand
Fabric Pop Up Stands are ideal for exhibition stands, marketing events, conferences and general advertising displays. The unique feature of this fabric display is its almost instant assembly and disassembly as the printed graphics arrive pre-installed on the frame. Click the frames support bars in place and secure the corner fabric and you are done.
Please note that due to the natural weave of fabric, the printed material is not opaque and may show some transparency of the frame, especially if placed directly in-front of a window or strong backlight. Place the Fabric Display so it has stronger ambient front lighting or select the optional LED Spotlights to minimise show through.
If you require a display that is 100% opaque and can be used against strong backlighting such as a window, we recommend our Classic Pop-Up Displays.
Printed stretch fabric displays may crease in transit. Assemble your exhibition stand and allow it to stand for a few hours to allow the creases to dissipate. If you need to use your display immediately a handheld steamer will remove any creases.
