Shell Scheme Exhibition Stands:
Shell schemes are provided by the event organiser, and sizes differ between events. They serve as a basic framework that can be customised to present your branding and messaging effectively.
Our flexible graphic panels provide wall-to-wall coverage for a clean, professional look. Lightweight and portable, the panels are easy to move, simple to set up, and attach directly to the framework without reducing usable floor space.
Customised Exhibition Graphics:
All graphics are produced in-house by XL Displays. Panels are UV-printed on 550-micron, 100% polyester, recyclable grey-back pop-up media using a water-based method. This creates durable, high-quality graphics that can be reused across multiple events. Artwork is applied edge-to-edge across each panel, maximising space for branding.
Panels are delivered rolled and packed in a protective cardboard box (950mm x 310mm x 310mm) for easy storage and transport.
Installing Shell Scheme Panels:
The panels are designed for straightforward, tool-free installation. Each one comes fitted with either hook-and-loop tape or magnetic tape along both vertical sides on the reverse of the panel, ready to attach directly to the shell frame.
Note: no fixings are added to the top or bottom edges. If selecting magnetic tape, please ensure your shell structure uses metal hardware, as some modern systems are plastic.
Shell scheme graphics are not seamless; the 'shell' framework (often hexagonal uprights) will remain visible between panels. Keep this in mind when preparing your design.
Supplying Your Artwork:
Because shell scheme structures vary, we cannot supply standard artwork templates. To confirm correct panel sizes, please request specifications or a technical drawing from your organiser.
Artwork should then be prepared to the supplied measurements, at full edge-to-edge size. You may submit print-ready files or use our in-house design service. In either case, a proof will be provided for approval before printing. As each panel is made to order, please confirm dimensions at the time of purchase.
