This exhibition graphics kit comprises 14 individual graphic panels, designed to provide full wall-to-wall coverage for a 4m x 6m U-shaped shell scheme stand. Suitable for use as a complete shell scheme display or individual graphic panels for smaller events.
Shell scheme graphics are a practical choice for trade show displays as they are lightweight, portable, and straightforward to assemble. They can be easily transported from one event to another in the cardboard box provided and stored safely between exhibitions. They are a cost-effective solution for producing large-scale branded backdrops, especially suitable for businesses working within tighter budgets.
Printed Exhibition Panels:
Each exhibition wall graphic is manufactured in-house using 550-micron grey-back polyester media. This material is 100% recyclable and designed for rollable display graphics. Printing is carried out with a water-based UV process, ensuring high-resolution, full-colour images that cover the entire visible area of the panel.
Lightweight and Portable:
Panels are rolled and delivered in a sturdy cardboard box for secure storage and easy transport between events. The packaging dimensions are 950mm x 310mm x 310mm.
Shell Scheme Graphic Installation:
Fitting the panels is quick and requires no tools. They are secured directly onto the shell scheme frame using either hook-and-loop tape or magnetic tape, which are applied vertically along the rear edges. If choosing the magnetic option, please check that your shell scheme frame is metal, as some modern systems use plastic frames that will not work with magnetic fixings.

A shell scheme is a modular stand structure typically supplied by event organisers as an alternative to open floor space, also known as space-only stands. These frames can be customised with printed wall graphics to showcase company branding and promotional messages. By adding wall-to-wall printed panels, exhibitors can transform the plain framework into a professional, branded display area designed to capture attention on the show floor.
Artwork Design and Supply:
Because panel dimensions vary depending on the specific shell scheme system, there are no standard artwork templates. Event organisers will provide technical drawings or detailed measurements, which must be followed precisely when preparing artwork. All graphics need to be created exactly to the size specified by the organisers. It is important to note that panels are not seamless; the vertical support posts of the shell scheme will remain visible once installation is complete, and this should be taken into account when designing layouts.
You may either provide your own print-ready artwork or use the in-house design service. Whichever option you choose, an artwork proof will be supplied for approval before production.
