When it comes to exhibition hire, the possibilities are endless. There is so much variety and industry jargon associated with renting a trade show stand that it’s easy for things to quickly spiral and become confusing.

Hire exhibition stands are part of a larger rental service in which you effectively borrow the hardware and stand accessories for an exhibition and return them when you’re done.

Hired display systems are typically a lot larger than traditional portable displays such as pop up stands, and so are commonly used for bigger events and expos. They are not suited to shell scheme spaces because they have their own frame.

You will also get your own designated exhibition stand designer who will design your stand to your brief.

Hired exhibition stands are not portable and can only be installed and dismantled by a team of specialist stand contractors. This means you do not need to worry about setting up or packing away; simply turn up on the day and leave when the event is over.

You don’t need to worry about your paperwork or transporting and building the display stand, so hire stands are ideal if you want to focus completely on your customers. They are often more expensive because of the overall service that is included but are excellent in terms of being hassle-free; plus, they’re completely reusable and so are an eco-friendly solution.

Choosing The Right Exhibition Stand Contractor

Depending on your marketing campaign and display needs, you can choose from a predetermined Integra® exhibition stand kit, or you can create a bespoke stand using our bespoke stand hire service.

Our kits are priced to include the hardware, graphics and any accessories listed on the product pages. Bespoke stands are charged by square metre size and include the hardware and graphics. If you want additional accessories such as tables, chairs, iPad stands, TV stands, coffee machines, fridges or cupboards, these can be added to your stand.

We offer a wide selection of preconfigured stands, ranging in size from 3m x 3m to 9m x 3m. If you require something larger, we can work with you to create the stand you desire.

Creating an Exhibition Stand Design Brief

When you purchase a hire exhibition stand, we will require a design brief. Your exhibition stand design should be about more than just the overall look; it needs to reflect your marketing message, be equipped with the right tools to help you achieve your goals, promote your brand in the best light and offer a welcoming yet informative space for potential clients and investors.

It’s worth setting aside a chunk of time well in advance of your event to talk about what you want your design brief to encompass. Once this is done, your exhibition stand designer will work from this brief and send you 3D renders of what your stand will look like.

If you don’t know what you want your stand to look like, your designer will send you renders of different configurations. They will also tweak and amend the design as many times as you see fit to ensure you get the perfect exhibition stand for your brand.
