Exhibition Stand Design

When you make an enquiry for exhibition stand hire – either online or over the phone – you will automatically be assigned an account manager who will oversee your project and be your first port of call.

The first thing we need to know is the size of your exhibition stand space. Your account manager may also ask for a copy of your exhibitor manual in order to identify any potential restrictions the venue may impose. This is so we can quickly narrow down which Integra™ rental exhibition stands will be suitable.

When we know what your stand space is, your account manager will go through our hire exhibition stands suitable for your space and within your budget. It’s important that your budget reflects your marketing objectives and what you hope to get out of your exhibition.

Your account manager will contact you to discuss your design brief, combined with your dedicated exhibition stand designer we will bring your vision to life.

Your designer will create 3D renders of what your stand could look like based on the brief you have provided. These will be sent to you digitally along with your exhibition presentation which includes a full cost breakdown.

If there’s anything about the design you wish to tweak, your dedicated designer will do so. You can tweak and revise your stand to ensure you receive the most suitable display for your marketing needs.

When you are happy with your design, your project manager will process your order, moving it through to production. We will then ask you to send over your risk assessment and method statements which we will complete on your behalf.

Our exhibition stand builders will build the display stand in the days leading up to the event, and when the event is over, our team of exhibition stand contractors will dismantle the stand and remove it from the venue.
