Delivery was timely, and the whiteboard I ordered was well packaged and arrived as expected. I'm happy with the product, though I currently cannot say anything about the long-term durability.
I cannot judge response times of customer service, problem resolution, etc, since I did not get in touch with customer service.
I should point out that XLdisplays called me a few days after delivery, explicitly asking me to leave a review here, which hasn't happened to me before. I'm personally not particularly happy about such a call and would have preferred an email instead - but I also understand the importance/pressure of having good reviews.

I recently purchased a whiteboard, with pens etc and a very large external noticeboard. The communications with XLD displays were easy and efficient. The boards arrived within their time schedules and items were well and securely packaged. They arrived safely .
The whiteboard is good quality and was easy to erect. The large noticeboard is excellent. It took 3 of us very little time to erect it. The front opens with gas assisted struts and is very easy. They were purchased as noticeboards for a club fishery and look very good.
The experience with this company was professional, straightforward and easy.
I would thoroughly recommend them and the products.
