A table and six chairs fit comfortably within this freestanding private area and light is able to freely flow through the front glass wall, making it the perfect, bright structure to hold meetings, feedback sessions, collaborate on group work or to act as a breakout room.
An expert team can install this quiet space office booth in just 4 hours. Combined with the much lower cost compared to building a brick room, this acoustic meeting pod is a favourable alternative that is accessible to almost all businesses.
Open-plan offices often come with increased levels of noise, but the 40mm thick acoustic foam layer on the fabric wall works to reduce noise by up to 29dB; therefore increasing concentration and productivity within the booth.
In addition, the sturdy aluminium frame comes in either silver or white and can be dismantled and moved to a different location within the workplace should the need arise.
All of our meeting pods are designed to be customised and tailored to your needs. You can purchase a standard booth kit and choose from 12 woollen fabric colours to personalise it, or you can mix and match panel materials for a truly bespoke meeting room.
You can choose from glass, drywipe or acoustic screen panels for the walls, and you can even create a wall that is half and half.
An air circulation unit is available to buy with this meeting room. We recommend adding the ventilation unit to keep the air within the quiet space office pod fresh and clean, but it’s not essential.
You can also choose to add on a power and data post which will connect your office pod to the mains power supply in your office. The post fits between two panels and allows you to connect your computer or TV to a plug socket and your local network.
