Printed Shell Scheme Panels 3m x 2m
A 3m x 2m shell scheme describes the setup of an exhibition 'shell' at a trade show or event centre. Typically, a shell scheme can be any size up to 20m², going up in 1m increments. Shell schemes are constructed using a series of vertical aluminium poles with upper cross poles for support and stability. You can then use shell scheme graphics to decorate the walls with your branding or marketing.
Shell scheme graphics are available in three standard ‘kits’:
- U-Shaped kit - covering 3 sides of the shell scheme stand
- L-Shaped kit - covering 2 sides of the shell scheme walls
- Back Wall kit - covering 1 side of the shell scheme space
Each kit includes the number of shell scheme panels required to form the kit design. For example, for a 3m x 2m shell scheme, the U-shaped kit includes 8 panels, the L-shaped kit includes 5 panels and the back wall kit includes 2 panels.
Shell scheme graphic panels are available in either a Foamex or PVC finish. PVC shell scheme graphics can be rolled up into a graphics tube for storage or transportation, making them a more flexible option than the rigid Foamex panels. PVC shell scheme graphics are digitally printed and finished with a laminate covering, making them durable and resistant to creasing, scratching or tearing.
Foamex shell scheme panels are most often made from 5mm-thick Foamex board (compressed PVC foam). 3mm and 10mm thicknesses are available, but in custom sizes only, not as part of our standard shell scheme kits. These super lightweight Foamex graphic panels are printed using our in-house UV ink process for a vivid, clear finish.
