We have put together this COVID-19 Risk Assessment Template which you can download to kickstart your workplace risk assessment. It will give you examples of risk scenarios in which Coronavirus can be spread through your office or workplace and offer up some solutions of how you might prevent this. You can use it as a template and amend/update it with additional information relevant to your team and your workspace. It is intended to inspire your own personalised risk assessment and is designed as a guidance template only.
