We were really delighted with the whole service from XL Displays.
Sam Noble guided us through styles of demo counters & banners that were suitable for our needs and gave us prompt quotes. We visited on a couple of occasions to try out setting up counters & Sam was supportive throughout.
On collection 2 members of staff helped to carry to the car and Sam & Kelsie were there to ensure a smooth handover.
The Customer Service was excellent - by the time I had arrived back at the office there was an e-mail waiting from Kelsie Clarke.
On opening up the boxes we noticed a small tear in one of the cases. This was quickly rectified by Claire Barrett in Customer Services and a new case was sent out straight away which arrived promptly before 9am the following morning. Claire then followed up to ensure it had arrived.
We will definitely use XL Displays again when required as they made the whole customer experience easy and we feel valued as a customer.

Fantastic communication from initial enquiry through to delivery and follow up. Everything was explained well, drawings showing sizes and which area of the stand are visible from each angle were all provided.
Once ordered, the stand arrived within a few days and i managed to put it together easily with the instructions provided.
10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone to use.
I'll be placing all future show stand orders the XL.

Sophie helped us every step of the way. From editing the original picture upload to ensuring that our product arrived on good time, she went above and beyond to ensure our event was a success.
The product it’s self is of excellent quality.
Easy to assemble and sturdy. Just right for our trade shows. The carry case didn’t survive very well, so I would recommend being a bit more careful that we were!
All in all, a very positive experience.
