We are looking for a motivated and confident individual to join our successful sales team.
As a sales executive, you will answer inbound enquiries from potential customers both by phone and by email. You will liaise with each client, listen to their needs and use your product knowledge to recommend the most suitable solution.
You will process orders by telephone and communicate clearly and concisely with both the customer and other departments to ensure a smooth transition from initial enquiry through to production and after-sales customer care.
We are looking for a friendly and charismatic person who is customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile for their clients.
The ideal candidate will be able to build a positive rapport quickly with each customer. Each sales executive has their own accounts to manage, and so you will be required to stay in contact with your existing clients in order to develop your sales lead and create a higher customer retention rate.
You will be an upbeat and driven individual with a desire to develop your career within our flourishing sales department and help drive the business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound enquiries and recommend a suitable solution for each customer
- Use the company CRM to log and record interactions with each of your clients
- Send and consequently follow-up sales quotations
- Develop existing customers to increase client retention rates
- Liaise with each department to ensure a smooth transition between inquiry and post-sales follow-ups
- Give product demonstrations in the showroom for customers when needed
We provide each new team member with extensive on-the-job training, and so whilst previous sales experience is desired, it is by no means essential.
