Backlit Fabric Displays | LED Exhibition Stands

Enhance your exhibition stand or showroom with a high quality, backlit fabric display.

What is a backlit exhibition stand?

A backlit exhibition stand is a type of LED display commonly used at trade shows and corporate events, or in showrooms and window displays.

They can be freestanding or wall-mounted. Free-standing lightboxes typically have double-sided fabric graphics, whereas wall-mounted displays have single-sided graphics.

All backlit displays are illuminated with internal LED lights which create an effective, edge lit lightbox.

Where can lightboxes be used?

If there is a specific product within your showroom or shop that you want to promote, an LED lightbox is a great way to draw attention to it over a standard, non-illuminated display.

Likewise, retail windows offer a great platform for backlit displays. They come in standard and bespoke sizes so can be adapted to suit any window. They’re great for promoting specific campaigns and highlighting key info such as prices.

Reception foyers are also ideal locations for LED lightboxes because they offer a warm and inviting glow – helping to make visitors feel comfortable from the get-go.

If you’re attending an exhibition, there is a strong chance you will be exhibiting in a darkened event venue. Adding an LED lightbox to your display will instantly brighten it up and make you more visible to visitors. This, in turn, should increase your event footfall and translate into genuine leads.

What are backlit displays made of?

LED lightboxes are typically made using aluminium hardware. LED strip lights are supplied in either a curtain format or placed at the edges of the frame. This helps to create even light distribution to ensure there are no gaps or oddities in the display once it is illuminated.

The fabric graphics are either dye-sublimation-printed or UV printed. They are known as silicone edge graphics because they have a silicone trim which slots into the channelling within the frame.

This creates seamless and taut graphics that appear flawless.

Lightboxes are designed to be sleek and have slim profiles. They also have integrated cable management which ensures there are no unsightly wires. This makes them perfect for showrooms and demo centres.

Why choose an LED display stand?

Fabric LED exhibition stands are a great choice because they offer so many benefits to the end-user.

Promotional displays of any kind all have one aim: to encourage potential clients to invest in your business.

Lightboxes go the extra mile to securing interest in your company because of the unmissable illuminated artwork.

The LED lights are eco-friendly and have low running costs. They are bright and long-lasting, making them ideal for long term use.

UV and dye-sublimation printed graphics are both extremely hardwearing and durable. The graphics can withstand years of use whilst remaining vibrant and sharp.

Should your marketing campaign change, you can simply order replacement graphics to use with your existing hardware – giving you maximum use out of your investment.
