Standing 2.8m tall when assembled, the Teardrop Flags have a unique shape that offers height and visibility to your brand promotions and are suitable for both indoor and outdoor events. Promotional flags are a popular choice for sporting and motorsport events, car showrooms, and petrol stations, and are ideal for exhibitions, trade fairs, and festivals.

Double-Sided Printed Flags:
Choose from single- or double-sided fabric flags. Single-sided flags have approximately 80-90% show-through on the reverse side, with artwork appearing mirrored. Double-sided flags are manufactured with two printed graphics and a stitched light block liner in the middle. The liner prevents show-through, allowing for custom designs on either side.

How to Correctly Anchor Promotional Flags:
Choose from seven flag bases, each designed for different applications. The large and small water bases are the most versatile options and can be used both indoors and outdoors, on almost any terrain. The ground spike is ideal for outdoor use on soft surfaces such as grass, soil, or sand. The cross base with a weighted ring should be used on hard, flat surfaces, while the square base is most suitable for indoor environments.

Use the car foot on compact grass, pavements, or forecourts, or choose the gazebo bracket to attach printed flags to branded gazebos at outdoor trade fairs. Can Teardrop Flags be Used Outside?
When properly anchored, teardrop flags can be used outdoors in sunny, cloudy, overcast, or rainy conditions, withstanding wind speeds of up to 18 mph (29 km/h) — Beaufort scale 4, a moderate breeze.

Take extra care in stormy weather or high winds. To prevent damage to the pole or printed graphics, we recommend disassembling the flag during such conditions.

The water-resistant flag knit fabric helps maintain its distinctive shape and vibrant colour even in wet weather, while the flexible fibreglass poles ensure a stable, reliable, and low-maintenance outdoor display.

Heavy-Duty GRP Flagpoles:
Teardrop flagpoles are flexible, lightweight, and extremely durable, thanks to their GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) fibreglass construction.

Combining strength and flexibility, they are easy to assemble — supplied in compact sections that simply slot together. Compared to aluminium flagpoles, they are rust- and corrosion-resistant, low maintenance, and offer a reduced risk of breakage.

Are Teardrop Flags Fire-Resistant?
Our flag-knit media is fire-retardant to DIN 4102 Class B1 / DIN EN 13501, making it compliant for indoor exhibition use in the UK and across Europe. Printed flags are ideal for a wide range of applications, including marketing and promotional flags, front-of-business flags, car showrooms and forecourts, retail advertising flags, sporting and charity event flags, exhibitions and trade shows, motorsport and festival flags, as well as wayfinding or directional signage.

Personalised Flag Printing:
Quill flags are designed, printed, sewn, and finished in-house using 110 gsm recyclable polyester flag-knit with a reinforced, double-stitched elasticated pole sleeve and stitched toggle for secure attachment.

Our dye-sublimation process infuses water-based inks directly into the fabric, producing vibrant, full-colour artwork that resists fading from sunlight, rain, and wind while maintaining a tensioned shape for smooth flying.

Manufactured from 100% recyclable polyester and printed with solvent-free inks, our sustainable fabric flags can be machine-washed, reused, and fully recycled at the end of life. Replacement flag graphics are available for rebranding or new campaigns, reducing waste and cost.

Portable Exhibition Flags:
The printed flag kit is supplied in a zip-up carry bag with handles, a shoulder strap for portability, and dedicated pole pockets to keep each pole section protected. Printed graphics can be stored inside the mesh pocket, and a ground spike will also fit inside if required. All other bases should be transported separately.
