Crest Flag Banners are an excellent advertising solution for outdoor promotions. Standing 2.6 m tall when assembled, this promotional flag kit includes a full fibreglass flagpole, a choice of seven bases, a free carry bag for convenient storage, and a custom-printed single- or double-sided flag-knit graphic.

It features an interesting and unique curved bottom edge, also known as a convex flag, which provides a distinctive twist on traditional feather flags.

How to Anchor Outdoor Flags:
Crest flying banners are designed for outdoor use and can withstand winds of up to 18 mph (29 km/h), Beaufort scale 4, when anchored correctly. We offer a choice of seven flag bases, each suited to different terrain.

The large and small water bases provide the most stability and can be used on almost any surface. The large cross base includes a water ring for additional stability and should be used indoors or on flat, solid surfaces. The square base is most suitable for indoor use or sheltered outdoor use in light winds only. The ground spike is ideal for use on soft ground such as grass, sand, or soil, whereas the car foot can be used on forecourts and pavements. Using the gazebo adaptor, you can connect your event flag to your printed gazebo, offering additional branding for your event space.

Where Are Advertising Flags Used?
Flag banners are widely used for brand promotions, advertising, and marketing at events, exhibitions, trade fairs, festivals, and sporting or motorsport events. They are a popular choice for car showrooms, forecourts, and petrol station promotions. Festival flags and feather banners are also ideal for wayfinding and directional signage.

Quick Assembled Fabric Flags:
Supplied in four compact flagpole sections that slot together effortlessly, the printed graphics slide over the pole and attach to the hook at the bottom. The adjustable pole hook can be moved to tension the graphic when in position.

Each kit is supplied in a carry bag with shoulder straps for easy transportation, featuring dedicated pockets for the pole sections and a mesh pocket for the graphic. If required, the carry bag can also store a ground spike; all other bases must be transported separately.

Single-sided flags have approximately 80–90% show-through on the reverse side, with artwork appearing mirrored. Double-sided flags have a light-block liner stitched between two printed flag graphics, allowing different designs on each side.

The graphics are finished with a reinforced, double-stitched elasticated pole sleeve (in black or white) and a stitched graphic toggle for secure attachment.

We recommend using a small or large water base with a double-sided flag due to the additional weight of the graphics.

Sustainable Flag Printing:
Designed, printed, and manufactured in-house, our custom fabric flags are made using 100% recyclable 110 gsm knitted polyester material. Printed using dye-sublimation, the water-based, solvent-free ink fuses into the fabric, creating sharp, vivid, and high-definition artwork that won’t crack, peel, or fade.

Designed for repeated use, graphics can be machine-washed at 30°C for easy maintenance. Our printed flags are fully recyclable at the end of life, with replacement graphics available for use with existing hardware.

Outdoor Flying Banners:
Thanks to the lightweight fabric weave, graphics easily flutter in the wind, even in wet weather, without compromising the feather flag’s shape. The weather-resistant material is quick-drying, helping to maintain shape and colour for reliable use in typical UK weather conditions.

GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) fibreglass flagpoles are highly flexible and robust, allowing the feather banners to flutter in the wind without risk of snapping under pressure.
