Each flag kit includes a fibreglass flagpole, a choice of seven bases, a custom-printed flag-knit graphic (single or double-sided), and a carry bag, all designed and manufactured in-house by XL Displays. Durable, Lightweight Feather Flags:
Blade Flags are lightweight and designed for regular use. They are suitable for promotional events, retail forecourts, trade shows, and similar environments.

Heavy-Duty Flag Bases for Any Surface:
The printed Blade Flag can be correctly anchored using seven base options. Use a ground spike for soil, sand or grass, small or large water bases for any hard surface (indoor or outdoor), a drive-on car foot for forecourts or pavements, the large cross base with weighted ring for additional stability (for even surfaces), or a square base for indoor use. Portable and Easy to Assemble:
The flagpole consists of four sections that slot together. The kit includes a zip-up carry bag with handles, a shoulder strap, and dedicated pockets to protect the pole sections. Fabric flag graphics can be stored in a mesh pocket inside the bag, with space for a ground spike if required. All other bases must be transported separately.

Full Fibreglass Poles:
Flag poles are made from GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) fibreglass, which provides strength and flexibility. Fibreglass is rust- and corrosion-resistant, and offers improved wind resistance compared to aluminium. The collapsible design allows compact storage and transport.

Flag Printing:
All Feather Blade Flags are printed in-house on 110 gsm recyclable polyester flag-knit fabric. The pole pocket is reinforced and double-stitched with a stitched toggle at the bottom of the graphic that secures the flag to the pole hook.

Flags are printed using a dye-sublimation process, which embeds water-based inks into the fibres. The result is full-colour graphics across the surface. The fabric remains flexible and the print durable against sunlight, rain, and wind.

Flags are made from 100% recyclable polyester and printed with water-based, solvent-free inks. Replacement flag graphics are available for rebranding or new campaigns without replacing the full flag kit. Advertising flags can be washed, reused, and recycled at the end of their life.

Weather-Resistant Feather Flags:
Outdoor flags are designed for outdoor use in moderate wind and rain. The polyester fabric is water-resistant, and the flexible pole construction allows reliable performance in wind speeds up to 18 mph (Beaufort Scale 4). Flags should be taken down in severe weather. Custom Printed Promotional Flags:
Flags are available single-sided or double-sided. Single-sided flags have one layer of fabric with 80–90% show-through on the reverse, whilst double-sided flags include two layers of printed polyester stitched together with a light-block lining to prevent show-through. This allows a different design to be shown on either side.

For double-sided outdoor flags, the small or large water base is recommended for stability.

The flag-knit fabric is fire-retardant to DIN 4102 Class B1 / DIN EN 13501, meeting UK and European indoor exhibition requirements.
