Lightweight and Durable:
The flag kit is both lightweight and durable, making it straightforward to assemble and take from event to event. Its design makes it suitable for trade shows, promotional events, retail displays, and any location where high-visibility branding is required. The GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) fibreglass pole consists of four sections that fit securely together and flex in the wind, reducing the risk of damage. Fibreglass poles are corrosion- and rust-resistant, offering a low-maintenance option for both indoor and outdoor use.

Heavy-Duty Flag Base Options:
Large branded flags can be anchored using a variety of bases depending on the surface. A ground spike works for soft soil, while a large water base is ideal for hard surfaces and is our most popular option. Other options include a drive-on car foot for forecourts or pavements, and a large cross base with a weighted ring for extra stability (most suited for indoor events). Customised Event Branding:
These flags are suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments. They are commonly used as promotional flags, company banners, or advertising displays. Typical applications include retail promotions, forecourts, showrooms, trade shows, festivals, and community events. The flag-knit fabric is fire-retardant to DIN 4102 Class B1 / DIN EN 13501, making it compliant for indoor exhibitions in the UK and across Europe.

Flag Printing And Finishing:
All advertising flags are printed in-house on 110 gsm recyclable polyester flag-knit fabric and features a reinforced, double-stitched elastic pole sleeve (available in black or white) and a stitched toggle to secure the graphic in place. Printed flags are produced using a dye-sublimation process, which embeds water-based inks into the fibres. This results in vibrant, full-colour graphics that maintain flexibility and resist fading, cracking, or peeling, even when exposed to sunlight, wind, and rain.

Weather-Resistant Outdoor Flags:
Designed and engineered to withstand typical UK weather, including moderate rain and winds up to 18 mph (Beaufort Scale 4). The combination of flexible poles and lightweight flag material allows wind to pass through, reducing stress on the pole and base. The polyester fabric is water-resistant, allowing the flag to retain its shape even in wet conditions. For safety and to extend the flag’s lifespan, we recommend disassembling it during high winds, heavy rain, or storms. With appropriate care, flags generally last 6–12 months. Free Carry Bag Included:
The flag kit is supplied with a zip-up carry bag that includes dedicated pockets for the pole sections, the printed graphic, and, if needed, a ground spike. Other base options should be stored separately. The collapsible pole design makes the kit easy to transport and set up at multiple locations.

Single or Double-Sided Flag Printing Options:
Feather flags are available in single- or double-sided. Single-sided flags have approximately 80–90% show-through on the reverse side, with artwork appearing mirrored. Double-sided flags include a light-block liner stitched between two printed layers, preventing show-through and allowing for different designs on each side. For outdoor use, double-sided flags are best paired with the large water base, which holds 30 litres of water and provides additional stability.

How to Supply Artwork:
Customers can provide print-ready artwork, which is reviewed through our free pre-flight service to ensure accurate printing. Alternatively, our in-house design team can create a personalised flag using our custom design service. A visual proof is provided for approval before printing to guarantee the finished flag meets your expectations.

Sustainable Exhibition Flags:
Made from recyclable polyester and printed with solvent-free, water-based inks, Feather flags are sustainably made to be long-lasting and reusable. Custom printed flags can be machine-washed at 30 °C and fully recycled at the end of their life. Replacement graphics are available for rebranding or launching new campaigns, allowing the flag kit to be reused without replacing the flagpoles and base.
