What Is a Printed Gazebo?

A printed gazebo is a portable pop-up shelter customised with your logo, colours and campaign artwork. It adds prominent branding above head height while creating a defined space for staff, visitors, stock or equipment.

Unlike a domestic garden gazebo, a commercial promotional gazebo is designed for repeated transport and event use. RHINO® tents use a 40mm hexagonal aluminium frame, quick-release locking points, adjustable height settings and a tensioning crank for the roof.

They are also known as branded gazebos, promotional tents, event shelters, pop-up marquees or custom exhibition tents.

Why Choose a Branded Gazebo?

A well-planned gazebo earns its place at every event by combining shelter, visibility and a flexible working space in one reusable system.

High-level visibility

Printed roof panels and valances keep your brand visible across a busy event, even when the space in front is crowded.

Weather protection

A waterproof, UV-resistant canopy creates practical temporary shelter for people, products and equipment.

Fast, tool-free setup

The scissor-action pop-up frame is designed for two people to assemble in less than ten minutes without specialist tools.

Complete custom branding

Print the canopy, valance and selected walls to create anything from subtle logo placement to a fully branded environment.

Flexible wall layouts

Add, remove or reposition full and half-height walls to suit how visitors will approach and use the gazebo.

Built for repeat use

The rust-resistant aluminium frame collapses into a supplied wheeled bag for easier transport and storage between events.

How to Choose the Right Printed Gazebo

1

Confirm the pitch size

Check the organiser's permitted footprint and height. Include guy ropes, weights and any required clearance outside the frame.

2

Plan what happens inside

Map out counters, tables, stock, demonstrations, accessibility and visitor flow rather than choosing on capacity alone.

3

Choose open and closed sides

Keep the main approach open, use a back wall for strong branding and add side walls where shelter or separation is useful.

4

Decide which way artwork faces

Use outward-facing print to attract footfall, inward-facing print for an immersive interior, or double-sided walls for both.

5

Plan anchoring for the venue

Soft ground can accept pegs and guy ropes; hard-standing events need suitable weights on every leg and space to position them.

6

Compare the complete package

Include the frame, wall configuration, single or double-sided print, weights, accessories and artwork support in the final cost.

Canopy, Full Walls or Half Walls?

Every RHINO® gazebo starts with the pop-up frame and a custom-printed canopy and valance. Walls can then be added on any side to shape the space around your event.

Canopy only

Maximum access and visibility from every direction. Ideal when shade, high-level branding and an open footprint are the priorities.

Printed back wall

Creates a strong visual background, helps define the pitch and gives photography, counters and products a branded setting.

Half-height side walls

Guide visitors into the space while keeping conversations open. They work well for sampling, registration and customer-facing counters.

Full-height walls

Add privacy, shelter and uninterrupted artwork. Full walls zip together, making them useful for storage and more enclosed layouts.

Printed Gazebo Branding and Artwork

RHINO® gazebo graphics are produced using dye-sublimation printing on 600d Oxford polyester. Heat transfers the ink into the fabric fibres, creating vivid, durable colour that will not crack or peel like a surface-applied graphic.

The canopy, valance, roof pitch and wall panels can carry coordinated artwork. Single-sided walls have some show-through on the reverse; double-sided walls use two printed faces when both the exterior and interior need a finished appearance.

Artwork tips for a stronger event presence

  • Keep the logo and organisation name clear on the valance for eye-level recognition.
  • Use the roof pitch for bold branding that can be seen from farther away.
  • Prioritise one short message over several lines of small text.
  • Keep important details away from seams, zips, Velcro and panel edges.
  • Plan each wall around its viewing direction and likely furniture position.

Weather, Anchoring and Safe Use

A commercial frame and weatherproof fabric improve reliability, but safe outdoor use depends on correct anchoring and active weather monitoring.

Anchor every leg

Use a suitable weight on each leg on hard ground. On soft ground, use the supplied pegs and guy ropes as directed, adding weights where appropriate.

Respect the wind limit

When properly anchored, the RHINO® 3x3 is rated for 13–18mph (21–29kph), Beaufort force 4. Check the exact model instructions and take it down if conditions worsen.

Inspect before each event

Check the forecast, frame, locks, fabric, feet and anchoring equipment. Never leave a temporary gazebo erected unattended or in unsuitable conditions.

Printed Gazebo FAQs

Choose 2x2m for a compact pitch, 3x3m for a flexible all-round event space, 3x4.5m for more working or serving room, and 3x6m for larger teams, demonstrations or covered visitor areas. Always confirm the organiser's permitted footprint first.

RHINO® canopies and walls use PU-coated 600d Oxford polyester, making the fabric waterproof and UV fade-resistant. They are temporary event shelters, so they must be properly anchored and taken down if conditions exceed the product's stated limits.

Two people are recommended. The scissor-action frame expands and locks into place without tools, and a standard RHINO® gazebo can typically be assembled in less than ten minutes once the team is familiar with it.

Yes, suitable anchoring should always be used outdoors. Use a weight on every leg on hard ground, and use the supplied pegs and guy ropes where ground conditions permit. Check the weather and model instructions before every event.

Single-sided walls can be fitted with the printed face inwards or outwards. Choose outward-facing print to attract visitors, inward-facing print to brand the interior, or double-sided walls when both views matter.

The base package includes the aluminium pop-up frame, custom-printed canopy and valance, wheeled transport bag, tent pegs and guy ropes. Full-height walls, half-height walls, double-sided print and weighted bases can be added to suit the event.

The graphics are dye-sublimation printed. Heat transfers the ink into the polyester fibres for vivid, durable colour that will not crack or peel like a surface-applied print.
