Need to give a special mention to Chloe, Andy and Harriet who were incredibly helpful. I placed an order for a client of a fabric banner which was currently out of stock - Chloe called me within half an hour of the order being placed and was able to offer a replacement for the same price. Harriet edited the artwork I'd supplied so that it would fit correctly on the stand and even picked up some minor imperfections on the artwork.
I needed to order two of these stands and Andy was able to make sure the second was ordered straight away so there would be no delay. All in all, really happy with the service I received and importantly our client is really happy that there will be no delay in getting these to them.
They've not received the product yet, but I will be sure to ask them to leave a review when they do.
