Curved Fabric Exhibition Stand
6m XL FABRIWALL® Curve Fabric Display Stand is an extra-large, freestanding, curved exhibition banner backdrop standing at 6 metres wide and an impressive 2.38 metres in height. Includes tube banner frame, padded carry bag and custom printed soft fabric graphics that zip up for a seamless exhibition backdrop display.
XL FABRIWALL® 6000mm wide is manufactured with a curved aluminium tube frame structure, supplied with a one-piece stretch fabric 'sock' and 'pillowcase' style printed graphic that zips up around the banner tube frame. This creates a seamless display area with no visible seams or panel joins.
Manufactured and printed in-house, in the UK, with 100% recyclable yarn woven polyester tension fabric, using a dye sublimation printing process that produces amazingly bright and vivid full colour graphics from your artwork. XL FABRIWALL® tension fabric display graphics can be washed in a domestic washing machine at 30°c if required to revive your exhibition stand.
Curved Fabric Exhibition Stand:
XL FABRIWALL® is a larger version of the original FABRIWALL®, standing at 2380mm high versus the original 2000mm. This gives additional presence and impact for your exhibition stand and is also suitable for dressing a shell scheme, exhibition booth or as a freestanding backdrop. Each banner tube section is numbered making assembly as easy as 1,2,3 – just match the numbered tubes together and click them in place, no tools required. Once the curved aluminium frame has been assembled, the one-piece fabric sock slides over the frame, zips up and creates a tensioned fabric exhibition stand with seamless graphics - no visible seams and panel joins. No alignment or adjustment is needed.
Tension Fabric Printing:
Double sided tension fabric graphics are supplied with the XL FABRIWALL®. Custom printed using a dye-sublimation printing method, which impregnates and bonds the ink directly into the fibres of the textile giving a long lasting, extremely durable print. Tension fabric is highly scratch resistant with no distortion when creased after folding. Due to the sublimation process, colours are bold, saturated and vibrant with super high-resolution detail that is permanent.
XL Displays manufacture, print and hand finish all our XL FABRIWALL® fabric displays in-house at our production facility in the UK. All seams are overlocked for increased strength and longevity. Zips are double lock-stitched in for strength. These additional quality standards for tension fabric graphics are important for longevity, as stretch fabric display should be tight on the frame for a seamless, taut, crease-free display.
Fire Retardant to DIN 4102 Class B1:
XL FABRIWALL® fabric exhibition stands are fire retardant to DIN 4102 Class B1 / DIN EN 3501 which is suitable for indoor exhibition use in the UK and Europe. Graphics are replaceable and interchangeable if you want to swap your marketing message at any time. Replacement stretch fabric graphics can be bought HERE.
Sustainable Exhibition Stand:
XL Displays range of fabric displays are a more sustainable and recyclable alternative compared to traditional exhibition stands that utilise PVC and plastic. Manufactured with recyclable aluminium tubes and 100% polyester stretch fabric that can be re-used and washed multiple times, giving longer service life and can then be fully recycled when required. Fabric graphics can be replaced for new marketing campaigns without the need to replace the entire exhibition stand.
XL FABRIWALL® fabric display stands are printed with environmentally conscious water-based inks, with no solvents.
