Acoustic Triangle Wall Panels
If your workplace is short on soft furnishings and is a space where people frequently talk on the phone or to each other (or even if you have several office machines such as printers) then sound can easily bounce off hard surfaces, echoing around the room and making is a noisy and distracting environment in which to try and work. Acoustic wall panels, also known as baffles and soundproofing tiles, are flat panels that can be fixed to walls and ceilings which help to prevent sound from reverberating around a large room. Installing a series of them in your office can help to create a quieter and more peaceful working environment. Studies have shown that acoustic wall panels can reduce reverberation time (the length of time required for sound to decay 60 decibels from its initial level) by up to 70%.
These acoustic tiles are made of board, covered with a layer of insulating foam 18mm thick and finished with a choice of fire-rated fabric (either MacFlex 182 or Camira Era) in a range of colour options. You can mix and match shapes and sizes to create a piece of ‘artwork’ that is both eye-catching and practical, using the different styles of panels that we offer.
Our VIRAGE™ panel (named after the classic Aston Martin Virage) is triangle-shaped and panels can be assembled next to one another to form a chic tiled effect. They are easy to attach to the wall with either keyhole brackets or 3M Command™️ Strips. 3M Command™️ Strips mean the wall tiles can be removed without damaging the wall and can be repositioned in a new configuration.
