The in‑house design team were extremely helpful and patient, especially when guiding me through the correct resolution for our logos and photos to ensure the banner looked its best. Communication was excellent throughout and they were always very responsive.
We did have a minor issue with the zip on the carry bag, but this was dealt with quickly and professionally. A replacement bag was sent out with no quibbling and no chasing on our part. Really impressed with the customer service and would happily recommend.
