The TEMPEST® Water Base Pavement Sign A1 is a silver frame poster display sign with a snap frame mechanism for easy poster changes. The water base features built-in wheels and a handle that enables you to pull the pavement sign for easy movement.

A water base sign is an outdoor poster display sign with a plastic hollow base that can be filled with water or sand. How Are Posters Changed?
Poster changes can be completed quickly and easily with minimal effort. Simply open the snap frame mechanism on all four sides. Remove the protective poster cover and posters. Replace with a new advertising poster, re-cover with the poster cover and close the snap frame mechanism on all four sides, this keeps your poster and cover firmly in position. The complete process takes less than a minute to complete, no tools are required.
Is it Waterproof?
The TEMPEST® Water Base Pavement Sign is specifically designed for outdoor use and is manufactured with waterproof materials. We include a water-resistant poster cover for both sides of the display and our posters are printed onto 550-micron 100% polyester media, which is more resistant to moisture than printed paper posters.
How is it Assembled?
The TEMPEST® Water Base Pavement Sign does require some assembly upon delivery. It is delivered in two sections, the plastic water base and the poster frame. A bolt and washer are included and are all that is needed to complete assembly. Please use our assembly guide for step by step instructions.
Do You Supply Posters For This Water Base Sign?
You can purchase our TEMPEST® Water Base Pavement Sign without posters so you can add your own marketing material, or, you can buy this pavement sign with printed posters and save up to 30% off poster price when brought together with a sign. You can upload your print-ready artwork online and a member of our graphics team will check the design and email a PDF proof for approval before sending it to print. Alternatively, we can help you create the artwork for your advertising sign. You can also buy replacement printed posters from us at a later date to renew your advertisement.
Can I Get Next Day Delivery?
If you order the water base sign without posters we can dispatch within 24 hours with next day delivery.
Can You Print More Than 1 Artwork Design?
Yes, we can print a different design for each side of the display. If you require graphic design for two different posters there will be a graphic design charge per design.
How Do I Supply My Artwork?
