The RHINO® Promotional Tent 2m x 2m is a commercial-grade branded gazebo perfect for outdoor events. Supplied with a custom printed canopy as standard, it provides shelter from rain or shine and provides high level branding ensuring your brand stands out in a crowd of competitors. Quick Tool-Free Assembly:
Simple assembly can be completed in less than 10 minutes with just two people. The lightweight, aluminium scissor frame expands and pops into place. The printed valance sits over the top of the frame and is held in position with ultra-strong Velcro corners and roof ties. Once the gazebo roof is in place, the tent frame can be fully expanded and raised to one of four height settings. Printed walls are attached to the canopy with a Velcro strap along the top edge connecting the wall to the tent roof. Velcro tabs are sewn into the edges and can be attached to the frame legs. The full walls also include zips that enable you to connect multiple walls providing greater security.

Half walls are connected via a mounting bar that sits across the middle of the wall. The half-wall mount bar slides through a pole pocket at the top of the printed graphic and connects to each frame leg. Velcro tabs then hold the wall in position down each side.

Commercial Exhibition Tent:
Unlike domestic use gazebos, RHINO® tents are designed for regular use at marketing and promotional events. Manufactured using a high-grade, 40mm hexagonal frame with steel stabilising feet. Each foot has three anchoring holes for securing the branded marquee to soft ground such as grass, soil or gravel. Guy ropes are also supplied to provide additional stability. We strongly advise using gazebo weights at a ratio of one per leg when using the gazebo outside. They should be used in addition to pegs and guy ropes. Once anchored correctly, the printed gazebos can withstand wind speeds up to 13-18 mph/21-29 kph.

Wheeled Transportation Bag:
A black nylon transport bag is supplied with each frame to aid transportation between events. Easy-glide wheels located at the bottom of the bag allow you to move the promotional tent frame without any heavy lifting making it easier to comply with any Health and Safety regulations.

Custom Printed Gazebo:
The RHINO® 2x2m branded gazebo comes with a frame, wheeled bag, tent peg and guy rope set and a custom printed canopy valance as standard. Add printed walls to customise your gazebo as needed for your event. Choose from half walls or full walls in single-sided or double-sided print. Single-sided will have show-through on reverse, whilst double-sided printed walls will have no show-through and can have two designs on one wall.

Printed walls can be positioned on any of the four walls and are interchangeable. If you are opting for single-sided walls, please advise if you want your printed side facing inwards, or outwards at the time of ordering.

Once assembled, ensure your printed canopy is correctly tensioned by winding the adjustable crank located at the center of the frame. This tensions the roof pitch and ensures your event tent is as tall and tight as possible, creating a finished and professional look.

Dye-Sublimation Gazebo Printing:
As well as being durable, the custom gazebo canopy and walls are printed onto 600d Oxford Polyester fabric with a PU coating making it both waterproof and UV-resistant to fade. The dye-sublimation printing technique prints the design directly into the fabric resulting in sharp and vibrant artwork that is long-lasting and provides years of use. The roof features an extra lining that covers the stitching making the canopy roof better protected from leaking.
