DIBOND business signs can be mounted in several different ways. The most popular way to fix a DIBOND sign is by drilling holes through the sign and using screws to fix them to walls or posts. Alternatively, you can use VHB (very high bond) tape on smooth surfaces or hook and loop fastening for fast and easy installation.
Are Dibond Business Signs fire-rated?
The Dibond board has been tested to M1 / Euroclass: EN13501-1: C-S2-D0: fire classification of construction products and building elements. The reaction to fire classification determines how much (if any) a material contributes to the spread of flame - in this case, C means very limited to medium contribution to fire. The ‘s’ part relates to total smoke propagation in the first 10 minutes of a fire - in this case, S2 refers to a medium amount of smoke. The ‘d’ part relates to ‘flaming droplets and particles’ during the first 10 minutes of a fire - in this case, D0 means there will be none.
Supplying Artwork for DIBOND Business Signs
If you already have your own artwork created ready for printing, you can send this to us via our Artwork Upload page. As part of our printing service, we offer a free-of-charge artwork check. Although we cannot provide a specific print template for the Dibond signs, as they are cut to custom sizes, we require artwork to be the same dimensions as your chosen board, with a 5mm bleed at the edge. If you do not have pre-existing artwork, we do offer an in-house design service.
How are Printed DIBOND Business Signs delivered?
The DIBOND business signs are dispatched with a standard courier service approximately 3-5 days after we receive print-ready artwork. Delivery cost may vary, depending on the size of the board, the number of signs ordered and the location for delivery. Heather was brilliant at transforming my very basic idea in to a professional sign. She took time to find out what I like, my salon theme etc and I was delighted with her design. She was also very patient and proactive.
