We can offer replacement graphic panel drops for most of the Pop Up Display Stand kits and systems available in the UK.

Replacement graphic panels offer a cost effective method of updating your existing Pop Up Display Stands for different exhibitions or quickly changing your promotional message.

Please note: prices quoted are for replacement Pop Up panels only. Pop up hardware, frames, cases and accessories are not included. For complete exhibition stands, please see our full range of Pop Up Display Stands.

It is important we know which pop up system you have in order to supply the correct replacement graphics - XLPRO® or Quick Plus. If you are not sure please check our guide to confirm which system you have.

Step 1) Download the PDF templates and size your artwork to suit.

Step 2) Upload your artwork here, which will immediately notify us that you have sent us your files.

Step 3) Wait for your dedicated graphic designer to contact you regarding your artwork.

Don’t worry if you are unsure of the technical details, have a read of our frequently asked questions which will help eliminate any queries you may have about your artwork.

Once we have your artwork it will automatically go through our free artwork checking service and one of our graphic designers will contact you to discuss your files. We will never send your artwork to print without final sign off from you.
