4m Modular Exhibition Counter

MAGNTEX® Exhibition Counter Display 4m combines four individual counters, magnetically linked to create a seamless, modular counter display that provides multiple layouts using the same hardware and custom printed graphics.

Integrated RotaMag™ neodymium magnets connect the aluminium frames without tools, fixings or separate linking accessories. Individual display counter modules can be repositioned and reconnected to change the size and layout of your exhibition counter depending on your space.

Configure as a straight exhibition counter, left or right-hand L-shaped reception counter, or large U-shaped exhibition pop-up bar.

4m Straight Exhibition Counter – 4000mm (w) x 400mm (d)
Connect all four MAGNTEX® counter modules side by side to create an impressive 4000mm-wide straight exhibition counter with a large, seamless custom branded front.
Spanning 4m wide, the countertops provide an extended working surface, while four internal shelves provide accessible storage behind the counter for marketing literature, product samples, equipment and personal belongings.

The 4m straight exhibition counter configuration is suited to larger exhibition stands where a substantial reception, registration, product demonstration or customer-facing counter is required.

L-Shaped Reception Counter – 3400mm (w) x 1000mm (d)
Reposition one of the outer MAGNTEX® counters 90 degrees to create a large L-shaped exhibition counter. The L-shaped return can be left- or right-hand facing, allowing the counter to be adapted to different stand layouts and visitor access points. Integrated RotaMag™ magnets connect the aluminium frames at 90 degrees simply by aligning the magnets.

The L-shaped layout provides an extended branded counter with a defined return, making it suitable for larger exhibition reception areas, demonstration spaces and corner exhibition stand layouts while retaining open rear access to internal storage.

U-Shaped Pop Up Bar – 2800mm (w) x 1000mm (d)
Reposition the MAGNTEX® magnetic counters to create a large U-shaped pop-up bar with an open rear for staff access and internal storage. The larger U-shaped configuration provides a large usable countertop and defined internal working area, making it suitable as an exhibition reception counter, branded pop-up bar, portable event bar or promotional hospitality counter.

Each MAGNTEX® counter display includes its own countertop and internal storage shelf, providing practical working and storage space throughout the complete setup.

Modular Exhibition Stand Counter:
This allows the 4m kit to be adapted to different stand sizes and layouts without purchasing separate counter systems or additional linking hardware. Supplied with a one-piece tension fabric graphic wrap that is compatible with each layout. The graphic covers the front and sides of the counter display, leaving the back open for accessible storage.

SEG Fabric Printing:
MAGNTEX® uses custom printed tension fabric silicone edge graphics (SEG) to create a smooth, edge-to-edge branded finish across the modular exhibition counter system. The silicone gasket sewn around the perimeter of each graphic slots directly into the channels within the MAGNTEX® aluminium frame, tensioning the fabric once installed.

MAGNTEX® SEG graphics are dye-sublimation printed in full colour using water-based inks for a bold, vibrant and durable finish on soft-touch polyester fabric. Graphics are removable and replaceable, allowing the MAGNTEX® hardware to be rebranded for different exhibitions, campaigns and events without replacing the counter frames.

Additional SEG graphics can also be purchased to close the open rear of your MAGNTEX® counter display.

RotaMag™ Magnetic Linking System:
MAGNTEX® utilises our proprietary RotaMag™ magnetic connection system to link individual counter frames quickly and securely. RotaMag™ neodymium magnets feature fused north and south polarities seated on a gyroscopic plate, automatically rotating to select the correct polarity as adjoining frames are brought together.

Tool-Free Assembly:
Each MAGNTEX® counter is designed for simple, tool-free self-assembly. The lightweight aluminium frame uses a push-fit connection, with four vertical uprights slotting into the pre-assembled top and base sections.

Once assembled, position the four counter modules in your chosen configuration and connect the adjoining frames using the integrated RotaMag™ system before installing the SEG graphics. We recommend using two people for installing the SEG fabric graphics.

Each counter includes a solid black wooden countertop with a load-bearing capacity of up to 40kg and an internal storage shelf supporting up to 5kg. Adjustable levelling feet provide stability on uneven flooring, while individual padded carry cases with handles and wheels make transportation between exhibitions and events easier.

Replaceable SEG fabric graphics allow you to refresh your branding for different campaigns, product launches and events without replacing the aluminium counter hardware. Sustainable Exhibition Stands:
MAGNTEX® is a reusable and recyclable alternative to exhibition counters that rely heavily on PVC and plastic components. The magnetic counter frames are manufactured from recyclable aluminium, while the polyester stretch fabric graphics are recyclable at the end of their life. 

Fabric graphics can be reused and machine washed at 30°C to extend their lifespan. Replaceable graphics and reconfigurable hardware allow you to refresh your branding, expand or resize your display without needing to replace the entire counter system.

Fire Retardant SEG Fabric Graphics
MAGNTEX® display counter graphics are fire retardant to DIN 4102 Class B1 / DIN EN 350, making them suitable for indoor exhibition stand use in the UK, Europe and many countries worldwide.
