3m Magnetic Exhibition Counter

MAGNTEX® Exhibition Counter Display 3m combines three individual 1m magnetic counter frames to create straight, L-shaped and U-shaped configurations.

Integrated RotaMag™ neodymium magnets connect the aluminium frames without tools, fixings or separate linking components. Simply reposition the modules and reconnect the magnetic frames to change your modular counter layout.

Configure as a 3m straight exhibition counter, left or right-hand L-shaped counter, or U-shaped pop-up bar. The same three frames and one-piece custom printed SEG fabric graphic wrap work across every configuration, giving you four counter layouts in one modular system.

Straight Exhibition Counter – 3000mm (w) x 400mm (d)
Position all three MAGNTEX® counters side by side to create a 3000mm-wide straight exhibition counter with a seamless branded front.

The SEG fabric graphic covers the front and two outer sides, leaving the rear open for easy access to stored marketing materials, product samples and personal belongings.

The generous working surface makes this configuration ideal as an exhibition reception counter, registration desk, product demonstration area or promotional counter.

L-Shaped Exhibition Counter – 2400mm (w) x 1000mm (d)
Reposition one of the outer MAGNTEX® modules 90 degrees to create an L-shaped exhibition counter measuring 2400mm (w) x 1000mm (d).

The return can be positioned on either the left or right-hand side to suit different exhibition stand layouts and floor spaces. RotaMag™ magnets connect the aluminium frames at 90 degrees without separate corner connectors or fixings.

The same printed graphic wrap covers the front and sides, leaving the rear open for easy access to internal storage. This configuration is ideal for corner exhibition stands, reception areas or spaces where a straight 3m counter is not suitable.

U-Shaped Exhibition Counter – 1800mm (w) x 1000mm (d)
Reposition two MAGNTEX® counter modules at 90 degrees to create a compact U-shaped counter measuring 1800mm (w) x 1000mm (d), with countertop space across three sides and an open rear for staff access.

The U-shaped configuration is ideal as a branded pop up bar, portable event bar, exhibition bar, promotional hospitality counter or exhibition counter.

Each MAGNTEX® magnetic counter includes an internal storage shelf, while the custom printed SEG graphic covers the front-facing surfaces to create a fully branded three-sided display stand.

One Graphic Wrap – Multiple Configurations:
MAGNTEX® Exhibition Counter Display 3m includes a single-piece custom printed tension fabric silicone edge graphic (SEG), compatible with the straight, left or right-hand L-shaped and U-shaped configurations. Simply reposition the counter frames and refit the same graphic wrap – no additional graphic sets required.

The silicone gasket sewn around the edge of the graphic slots directly into the MAGNTEX® aluminium frame channels, tensioning the fabric to create a seamless, edge-to-edge branded finish.

MAGNTEX® fabric graphics are dye-sublimation printed in full colour using water-based inks for a bold, vibrant and durable finish on soft-touch polyester fabric.

RotaMag™ Magnetic Linking System:
MAGNTEX® utilises our proprietary RotaMag™ magnetic connection system to link individual counter frames quickly and securely. RotaMag™ neodymium magnets feature fused north and south polarities seated on a gyroscopic plate, automatically rotating to select the correct polarity as the frames are brought together.

This allows MAGNTEX® modules to be easily disconnected, repositioned and reconnected in straight, L-shaped and U-shaped configurations without tools, fixings or separate linking components.

Tool-Free Assembly:
Each MAGNTEX® counter is designed for simple, tool-free self-assembly. The aluminium frame uses a push-fit connection, with four vertical uprights slotting into the pre-assembled top and base sections.

Once assembled, position the three counter frames in your chosen configuration and attach the SEG graphics. We recommend using two people for installing the SEG fabric graphics. Each counter includes a solid black wooden countertop with a load-bearing capacity of up to 40kg and an internal storage shelf supporting up to 5kg.

Adjustable levelling feet provide stability on uneven flooring, while padded carry cases with handles and wheels make transportation between exhibitions and events easier.

MAGNTEX® is designed to provide more flexibility than a traditional exhibition counter. Replaceable SEG fabric graphics allow you to update your branding for different events, campaigns or product launches while reusing the existing counter hardware.

The modular system can also grow with your marketing and exhibition needs. Add another MAGNTEX® counter module to create larger 4m configurations or use individual counters independently for smaller promotional setups. 

Replaceable graphics and reconfigurable magnetic hardware allow the same MAGNTEX® system to adapt to different stand sizes, layouts and marketing requirements.

Sustainable Exhibition Displays:
MAGNTEX® is a reusable and recyclable alternative to exhibition counters that rely heavily on PVC and plastic components. The magnetic counter frames are made from recyclable aluminium, while the polyester stretch fabric graphics are recyclable at the end of their life.

Fabric graphics can be reused and machine-washed at 30°C to extend their service life, while replaceable SEG graphics allow you to update your display without replacing the complete display stand.

Fire Retardant SEG Fabric Graphics:
MAGNTEX® display counter graphics are fire retardant to DIN 4102 Class B1 / DIN EN 350, making them suitable for indoor exhibition stand use in the UK, Europe and many countries worldwide.
