The Integra® 8m x 5m rental exhibition display island is made up of aluminium frames linked together to create a dual-sided trade show display standing at 3.5m high.
With high impact custom graphics and a range of accessories, this large-format exhibition stand offers plenty of floor space for product demonstrations and interacting with event attendees.

Our Stand Hire Services Include:
- Dedicated project manager
- Rental of all structural elements e.g. walls, arches and roof panels
- Includes completion of technical drawings, 3D renders and amendments
- Full colour, high definition graphics
- Handling of risk assessment and method statements (RAMS)
- Stand flooring included
- Cable management and lighting fixtures
- Delivery of the stand to the venue
- Contracted installation, dismantling and removal of the stand
- Exhibition accessories e.g. TV screens, shelves & furniture
Optional Extras:
- Graphic design service
- Printed graphics on reverse/sides of the exhibition stand
XL Displays' exhibition stand hire is designed to be a full package, end-to-end rental service. Your account manager will handle all the paperwork and the smaller details, and our exhibition stand contractors will assemble and dismantle your display for you.
The hardware and accessories are rented, but the graphics are owned by you. You can choose to either keep them or leave them for our team to recycle.
