Rental Exhibition Stand 5m x 4m Island Display With Arches
The Integra® 5m x 4m rental exhibition stand island is a dual-sided display stand comprised of modular aluminium frames dressed with high impact custom graphics.
The 3.5m arches provide enough space for your branding, whilst the open floor space offers plenty of room to meet and greet visitors.

- 5m x 4m aluminium hardware standing 3.5m high
- 3mm custom printed foamex graphics to suit
- 6x spotlights
- 1x AV mount with TV screen
- 5m x 4m eco rib raised platform flooring
- 2x high meeting stools
- 1x custom exhibition counter with printed graphics
Our Stand Hire Services Include:
- Dedicated project manager
- Rental of all structural elements e.g. walls, arches and roof panels
- Includes completion of technical drawings, 3D renders and amendments
- Full colour, high definition graphics
- Handling of risk assessment and method statements (RAMS)
- Stand flooring included
- Cable management and lighting fixtures
- Delivery of the stand to the venue
- Contracted installation, dismantling and removal of the stand
- Exhibition accessories e.g. TV screens, shelves & furniture
Optional Extras:

- Printed graphics on reverse/sides of the exhibition stand
XL Displays' exhibition stand hire is a full package rental service. When you commission your stand, you will get an account manager who will handle all of the smaller details so you can relax until the day of your event.
You don't own the hardware or the accessories, but you do own the graphics and can choose to either keep them or leave them with our exhibition stand contractors to recycle after your event is over.

We have three options available when buying online:

Once you have paid for your order online you can use our automated proofing studio to check that your artwork is suitable for print.
