The Integra® 5m x 2m curved exhibition stand hire kit is a complete display package comprised of a bespoke customer service experience paired with a high impact, adaptable exhibition stand.
The modular aluminium frames are dressed with custom printed graphics which accentuate your branded presence to drive traffic to your stand.

- 5m x 2m aluminium hardware standing 4m high
- 3mm custom printed foamex graphics to suit
- 4x LED lights
- 5m x 2m eco rib carpet - choice of colour options
- 2x AV mounts with TV screens
- 2x custom exhibition counter with printed graphics
Our Stand Hire Services Include:
- Dedicated project manager
- Rental of all structural elements e.g. walls, arches and roof panels
- Includes completion of technical drawings, 3D renders and amendments
- Full colour, high definition graphics
- Handling of risk assessment and method statements (RAMS)
- Stand flooring included
- Cable management and lighting fixtures
- Delivery of the stand to the venue
- Contracted installation, dismantling and removal of the stand

XL Displays' exhibition stand hire is a complete package service whereby everything is taken care of by your account manager. All you need to do is supply your design brief and turn up on the day; we handle the rest.
As this is a rental stand, you don't own the hardware or the accessories but you do own the graphics. You can choose to either keep them or give them to our team to recycle.

We have three options available when buying online:

Once you have paid for your order online you can use our automated proofing studio to check that your artwork is suitable for print.
