L-Shaped 3m x 3m Rental Exhibition Stand
The Integra® 3m x 3m hire exhibition stand uses several modular aluminium frames dressed in custom printed graphics to create a high impact display that will set you apart from your competitors.
Complete with a monitor bracket, TV screen and integrated counter, this exhibition stand comes with everything you need to exhibit.

- 3mm custom printed foamex graphics to suit
- 2x LED lights
- 1x AV mount with TV screen
- 3m x 3m eco rib carpet – choice of colour options

Our Stand Hire Services Include:
- Dedicated project manager
- Rental of all structural elements e.g. walls, arches and roof panels
- Includes completion of technical drawings, 3D renders and amendments
- Full colour, high definition graphics
- Handling of risk assessment and method statements (RAMS)
- Stand flooring included
- Cable management and lighting fixtures
- Delivery of the stand to the venue
- Contracted installation, dismantling and removal of the stand

XL Displays' exhibition stand hire has been designed specifically to take the stress out of exhibiting. Your account manager will exercise full project management whilst your dedicated exhibition stand designer will come up with a design that reflects your brief.
A team of exhibition stand contractors will install and dismantle the stand for you, so all you need to do is turn up on the day and then leave when your event is over.
This is a hire stand which means you don't own the hardware or the accessories, but you do own the graphics and can choose to either keep them or leave them with our team to recycle on your behalf.
