Sneeze Screens - Free Standing Acrylic Screens
Our freestanding perspex office partition is a floor standing solution that is the ideal for use in offices and businesses where people work in close proximity. They offer a highly protective barrier that is manufactured from easy to clean, wipeable surfaces that can be easily sanitised to ensure the safety of employees.
In addition to offices, they can also be used in hospitals, NHS, doctor surgeries and public buildings as the high-grade materials used mean they are extremely easy to keep clean and germ-free.
The way in which people work has been changed for the foreseeable future with new social distancing measures in place. Employees will need safe and hygienic workstations where they can complete their day to day activities without a high risk of infection.
Our clear perspex screens are available in three heights and three widths. They are manufactured from a 30mm thick aluminium frame which is available in white or silver. The clear acrylic screen panels offer protection yet still provide visibility to effectively communicate with employees.
As well as Perspex, our free standing perspex office partition is manufactured from thermally toughened Safety Glass, impact tested to British Standard: BS 6206: 1981 - Class A. We source our glass from Pilkington® and Saint-Gobain®.
Toughened glass, also known as Tempered Glass is four to five times stronger than standard annealed float glass and if broken. disintegrates into small fragments with dulled edges that are less likely to cause injury. Glass has advantages over Acrylic / Perspex as it is far more resilient to scratches, it is easier to clean and keep sanitised and maintain a smear free finish.
Each clear sneeze screen is supplied with two stabilising feet or two round base feet and two in-line linking strips which enable you to link multiple screens together in a straight line.
