Fabric Exhibition Stand Backdrop
The FABRIWALL® 3m straight tension fabric display stand is a portable exhibition backdrop standing at 2 metres in height. Perfect not only as an exhibition stand backwall but also as a portable retail display or point of sale marketing solution if you need to adhere to a height restriction or want a shorter height display at your promotional event.
Existing Fabric Banners on the market are traditionally between 2.3m and 2.5m in height, so can be unsuitable as retail displays, POS, shopping centres and office conference display use, due to suspended ceilings and event height restrictions. The FABRIWALL® from XL Displays can be used anywhere and has no visible framework as the graphic is double-sided and is tensioned over the tube frame.
FABRIWALL® is constructed with a lightweight anodised aluminium tube frame, supplied with a one-piece tension fabric 'sock' and 'pillowcase' style printed graphic that zips up around the banner tube frame. This creates a seamless display area with no visible seams or panel joins. Manufactured and printed in-house on 100% recyclable woven polyester fabric, using a dye sublimation printing process that produces amazingly bright and vivid full colour graphics from your artwork. Stretch fabric graphics can be washed in a domestic washing machine at 30°c if required.
Lightweight Backdrop Frame
Tubular aluminium frame system gives high tensile strength and rigidity whilst retaining a lightweight construction for portability. Each banner tube section is numbered making assembly as easy as 1,2,3 – just match the numbered tubes together and click them in place. Once the aluminium frame has been assembled, the one-piece fabric sock slides over the frame, zips up and creates a tensioned fabric exhibition stand with seamless graphics.
The FABRIWALL® straight backdrop display has weighted stabilising feet for stability, but the fabric display can still be moved around, even fully assembled. The feet are attached to the tube frame with an Allen-Key that is included in the kit. The complete backwall display, including the frame and printed graphics, breaks down simply into the included transport bag with carry handles. The 3 metre wide FABRIWALL® weighs just 9.7kg including graphics.
Highest Quality Fabric Printing
Double sided stretch fabric graphics are printed with dye-sublimation technology which impregnates the ink directly into the fibres of the textile giving a long lasting, extremely durable print. Tension fabric is highly scratch resistant with no distortion when creased after folding. Due to the sublimation process, colours are bold, saturated and vibrant with super high-resolution detail that is permanent.
XL Displays manufacture, print and finishes all our fabric displays in-house in the UK. All seams are overlocked for increased strength and longevity. Zips are double lock-stitched in for strength. These additional quality standards for tension fabric graphics are important for longevity, as stretch fabric display should be tight on the frame for a seamless, crease-free display.
Fabric exhibition stands from XL Displays are fire retardant to DIN 4102 Class B1 / DIN EN 3501 which is suitable for indoor exhibition use in the UK and Europe.
