I ordered four noticeboards from XL Displays. One arrived damaged in transit, so the experience wasn’t perfect, but it was clearly an issue with the courier rather than XL Displays themselves. Their customer service team handled it promptly and professionally, arranging a replacement straightaway, which arrived the next day without any fuss. The noticeboards themselves are good quality and definitely do the job they’re intended for. Overall, a small setback that was resolved quickly, and I’m happy with the final result.

I would have given 5 stars if it were not for the fact that the first delivery was badly damaged - due I would say to a combination of a lack of sufficient protective packaging & poor handling. Substitute items were quickly arranged by Ann in Customer Services however and dealt with in a very efficient way arriving within 2 working days of the complaint

Amazing service from start to finish. The board arrived next day but unfortunately the courier damaged the board in transit. I contacted customer service who responded immediately and apologised. A new board was sent out the next day and was received in perfect condition. I would highly recommend as the prices were the best and customer service was 100%.
