Printed Crowd Barrier Jacket
This printed security banner graphic is available in either super-stretch fabric or durable PVC vinyl, making it an ideal solution for covering unsightly crowd-control barriers while boosting your brand visibility.
Perfect for festivals, concerts, sporting events, motor shows, and other outdoor venues, these barrier jackets combine practical crowd management with impactful branding.
All crowd barrier jackets, both fabric and vinyl, are supplied with double-sided printing as standard, ensuring maximum exposure from every angle.
Stretch Fabric Barrier Covers
Our stretch fabric graphics are printed on high-quality display polyester using a dye-sublimation process. This technique delivers exceptional colour vibrancy and long-lasting durability. The print is embedded into the fabric, meaning it won’t crack, peel, or fade, even after machine washing. Lightweight and easy to install, the fabric cover simply stretches over the barrier frame and zips securely at the bottom, creating a smooth, taut finish.
Fabric barrier jackets are available in two standard sizes:
- 2210mm x 918mm
- 2410mm x 918mm
- Please note: bespoke sizes are not available for fabric covers.
Display polyester (fabric) barrier covers are designed specifically for standard crowd-control barriers with triangular legs and two linking hooks. Custom sizing is not available for this material.
PVC Vinyl Barrier Covers
PVC vinyl barrier graphics are digitally printed to achieve sharp, photo-quality results. The material features a wipe-clean surface, making it especially suitable for outdoor or muddy environments. Vinyl covers are secured to the barrier using bungee ties for a firm and reliable fit.
Available sizes:
- 1900mm x 918mm
- 2180mm x 918mm
- Bespoke sizes are available on request.

Great communication from start to finish. I had a question as something was unclear, but the designer was quick to respond and our banner was shipped on time and finished to a great quality.
I do think that instructions for cut off points in the artwork need to be made more clear possibly through the template but minor issue to an otherwise smooth purchase for our corporate order!
