Conference Tablecloths
XL Displays Plain Colour Conference Tablecloths provide a smart and professional finish for conferences, trade shows, open days, exhibitions, meetings, business events and corporate events.
Available in 13 plain colours, each tablecloth is produced using dye-sublimation printing for a rich, consistent colour finish. The durable polyester fabric is fully hemmed and overlocked, creating a reusable table covering that is easy to transport, store and maintain.
Plain Colour Table Cover:
Plain tablecloths provide a simple and effective way to dress trestle tables and presentation areas. The fabric is dye-sublimation printed edge to edge, providing an even colour across the entire tablecloth with a soft-touch fabric finish.
5ft Conference Tablecloth:
The 5ft plain colour conference cloth is 1780mm x 2780mm. The tablecloth is designed with an open back, dropping approximately 300mm over the rear of the table. This allows a chair to be positioned comfortably behind the table while maintaining easy access to storage underneath.
Machine Washable Tablecloths:
Conference tablecloths are reusable and easy to maintain. They can be machine washed in a domestic washing machine at 30°C using normal detergent; fabric softener is not required.
Tumble dry on a low heat and iron on the reverse if required. As the colour is applied using a dye-sublimation process, it is bonded directly into the polyester fibres rather than sitting on the surface of the fabric. This creates a durable finish that will not peel or crack. Each tablecloth is fully hemmed and overlocked for a high-quality finish. XL Displays prints, hand-sews, and finishes our conference tablecloths in-house at our UK factory.
Recyclable Conference Tablecloths:
Manufactured from recyclable woven polyester fabric using environmentally friendly water-based inks. Cotton thread is used for hemming and overlocking, allowing the tablecloth to be recycled.
Conference tablecloths are fire retardant to DIN 4102 Class B1, making them suitable for indoor exhibition and event use in the UK, Europe and many countries worldwide.
If you have a larger table, you might need our larger 1780mm x 3280mm 6ft Conference Tablecloth

We bought some fabulous tablecloths…

We bought some fabulous tablecloths…
We bought some fabulous tablecloths some time ago and the art work I sent was reproduced so faithfully to my original that I still remain impressed. We needed some extra table cloths recently so I knew exactly where to look and thankfully they had some left in the colour of my choice so I bought them all.
I would not hesitate to go back to them for any other merchandise in the future. Thank you.
