Incredible experience of extraordinary customer service. Bought a product which unfortunately got faulty. The Company kept in touch with me about the performance of the product and when I explained them the situation they immediately replaced the faulty part, not once but thrice!! We ordered two large flags, supplied the artwork that needed to be tweaked a little which was done very promptly and the flags where delivered within the agreed time frame .
